Jumbo Chinese and Thai Take Away in Horsham

Red Thai king prawn curry very tastey. Loved it. Polite good service also.

Very disappointing. Food was grim - food colouring added to the chicken in the Thai green curry, which was also very oily. Meat in chow mein dishes was grey, similar to the gravy it was served in. Salt and Pepper Squid was inedible. Will not be returning here.

My go to place for a takeaway. The food is always flavoursome, hot and packed full of fresh vegetables and meat (their red Thai curry is the best I have tried). Always delivered by a reasonable time and the staff are friendly and very honest.

Food is good. But that's not the issue. Ordered online through their app. Ordered 27pounds worth of food and paid 0.50 service charge and 2£ delivery. Only to be told at the door to hand over £1 which threw me back abit. It's only a £1 but the principle is to put that on the app. Be aware when ordering. They will charge you at the door.

Like always, delicious, fast and very hot. But I want to suggest something, sometime I eat something and I don't know what I am eating 🤣🤣 I am lucky that is delicious. More information about the main ingredients would be very helpful. Overall a nice dinner. 4th time I bought from them and I am definitely going back. 😊

I ordered just after 7pm with delivery estimated at 8:15. By 8:45 I decided to call for an up date to be told the food had just left, we live 5 mins for the place I should say. The food didnt turn up for a further 30 minutes arriving just after 9:15!! Total delivery time of 2 hours! The food was lukewarm so had either been sitting around or had been lots of deliveries in one go, not only that but the food was bland! So spent £40 for a treat and ended up thoroughly annoyed instead! A note for the owners if its busy and the food is going to take another 30 minutes be honest, lying it's on it's way when its probably not even started cooking yet just makes it worse. Will not be using this place again.

Ordered food on the app and got an estimated delivery time of 20:20. Phoned when it was 20 mins late and was told 10-15 mins as the driver had just left. Called back 40 mins later to be told they were just making it!!! Not so bad that they were busy and late, if they had apologised and maybe refunded delivery, but to outright lie to me and think then that ‘a free dish’ would be sufficient... first and last time I use this restaurant, not convinced I’ll get my refund without chasing in a few days either ☹️😡

Was very sceptical as never use Jumbo before nor had food delivered. Well what a fantastic service, delivery arived promptly at the time specified. The food was hot and very tasty. We are both big eaters but could not finish it all. Great service thanks, will be using again. Steve

we have ordred from here quiet often and the food has been an ok standard and good size potions. last night we called and ordred food to the cost of £24 and told it would be 40 minitues, called a hour later to be told 5 mins, 20 mins later food arrived and was at best warm, called to complaine today as thay had closed by the time food arrived last night and was told the driver had broken down and had to be recovered by brake down along with my food and then still deliverd it after it had been sat in a sweaty bag for ovet 40 mins. asked for a refund and was told the best thay could do is offer 1 free dish next time i order. well that wont be happening. health and hygeine will be getting contacted.
