Kfc in Horsham

The service here is always terrible, but most KFC's are. I love their hot wings and if they didn't sell these, I wouldn't go.

Safe option, gravy amazing, relatively cheap, their chips have improved recently too!Horsham branch is clean and staff are cool. Can't complain.

Absolutely dreadful. I have been waiting over 30 minutes to receive my order. As the was only three people when I entered. It is just disgraceful service. From what I can see they have not cooked enough chicken for Friday evening at 18:00. It is not particularly busy compared to other KFC's I have visited at peak times. The staff are all standing around. When chicken is put in the heat cabinet they seem to have one gear, reverse and it looks like dliveroo get priority. Never, never coming in here again even.

absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff. we ordered food and couldn’t exactly check in store as no room and food everywhere in bag. got home and a whole meal missing. we called up just to let them know and to ask for a refund and i believe their name was Szil or something like that. They laughed and made jokes saying no one would ever give us a full meal even when we were nice. we just wanted to know if we’d get a refund. Will never go back and hope this employee goes. Not happy at all

Continuous bad service every time we have been to KFC in Horsham. Kept waiting for over 20 minutes. Customers that ordered after me, were getting their orders before me. No one on the front counter helping. Deliveroo and other delivery companies were given priority. They have left items off our order in the past. Our food was stone cold, we only live 2 minutes drive away, so it was cold when it was given to us. Will not be visiting again. Poor quality food, unhelpful staff. Do not go there.

Had to stand and wait a long time to order, despite being the only people waiting. Wouldnt let me order something I had ordered previously at that location. Just kind of grunted at, no greeting/apology, not asked if wanted to make meal large etc. All the just eat deliveroo guys hoovering in the area where you sit and eat. No hand sanitiser in the dispensers. Tables dirty. Just I know it's fast food, but geez. Got my box and the gravy was everywhere. 🙄 Well at least we saw no rats outside this visit, small mercy's. Won't be returning in a hurry.

I understand the crowdness. I understand a busy night. I get the stress... But how do you forget the chicken in a meal when you are Kentucky fried chicken....? Missing drinks too and got an entire box of just chips which were rather... Soggy. Also seems I was not the only one as I was also witness to another very annoyed customer missing her chicken too from her meal. Maybe it's a bad night... But... It seems I'm not the only one.

Orderd three gravy box meals, Christmas specials with deliveroo, they arrived with no gravy, how can you forget the main part of this box meal and three mini fillets in each box were also missing. The dinner was incomplete and almost £30 for dry chicken absolutely rubbish service.

Arrived at 10.35 and was already closed and almost done with cleaning up. Staff member inside went out of their way to avoid any contact. Bit irritated we went out of way as it was advertised as open but they were not.

Busy little KFC and plenty of Deliveroo drivers waiting to collect which does add to your wait. Only had to wait about 10 minutes for our takeaway order on a Friday night and was the usual bucket of chicken that we all love. You can eat in too if you don’t fancy takeaway/collection.
