McDonald's in Horsham

Not your normal Mickies experience. Normally I wouldn't five the golden arches more than 3 stars. But that's because a review is always sought retrospectively and, let's face it, after the event PMS (Post McDonald Sensation) sets in and the feelings of regret are manyfold. But today we simply needed milkshake that resembled cold decorators' caulk and would you believe it, a Mickies was ahead. Despite being one of the busiest days of the year the team were doing great things, delivering many orders very quickly and staff all very friendly and helpful. 4 stars well deserved!

Very busy when I was there with queues at drive thru and inside. Waited for about 15 minutes. Food was consistent with all other McDonald's.

This is not a branch I frequently visit. But definitely not impressed with the state of the place, particularly the dirty tables and messy floors. Certainly not the McDonald's norm I have come to expect. Their cleaning routines are usually good with someone routinely wiping tables and sweeping floors. However on this occasion If you wanted to eat from a clean table then pretty much you had to clean it yourself. A rather poor show I would say.

Whilst on his break, a kind young gentlemen, Ben, assisted my husband and I as we struggled to work the technology ordering machines. Also lovely and quick food.

Crazy & archaic entrance, causes chaos at the lights. But once inside the food is good & the lobby hostesses are doing a fantastic job.

Good quick service as you would expect, only minor issue was the coffee we ordered was slightly open and it spilled on my partners lap so just be carefull of that.

The drive through was backed up so walked in, almost no queue but still had a 15min wait.... lovely food but not fast

Food was as consistent as always but large fries really weren't that much bigger than the medium portion which was unexpected. I'm developing a preference for a banana milkshake over a fizzy drink. The calories aren't as bad as you'd expect!!

Quick, efficient service, friendly staff, and hot, tasty food. When we went it was very busy, but the staff were constantly cleaning, and managing the queues well.We usually go to the newer Guildford branch where customers are treated like garbage, so this was a refreshing change. Well done and thank you! We will be back!

After using the computerised ordering system I asked a waitress to tell the other staff preparing my order to have my coke with no ice, when my food and drink arrived, my request had been ignored, so I asked for a fresh coke with no ice, the server then took my coke away with the lid off took the ice out WITH HER FINGERS and put the coke back in front of me, then with a take it or leave it attitude, walked off. I left it, will not return, stopped at the co-op and bought some fresh coke.
