Nando's in Horsham

Ordered food on Deliveroo, food arrived with various missing items and chicken badly burnt. Sadly not the first time with this particular branch of nandos.

Enjoyed a family dinner here.Truly enjoyable experience. We didn't book a table in advance and there was a bit of wait. We received a text shortly afterwards informing us of availability. Service and food were very good. Would definitely be going back next time we are in Horshqm.

Food was good, customer service was good, clean and tidy. A little wait to get in during the busy time. I visited many other locations and I feel Horsham Nando's is better than all others. Just a suggestion, if you could improve website for order as it connected after various attempts and couldn't redeem the offers.

Good food as usual but not a lot of seating. The service was pretty good as well even though you have to order through the phone if paying by card

Poor service.and quality. I ordered through the app as a collection, arrived on time and still had to wait 15 minutes. Got home, the food was cold and dry. No sauce in the pita and just had a piece of chicken shoved in it. The service improved when I called to complain, the duty manager gave me a 50% refund (thank you). Really disappointed as I am a big fan of Nando’s

Terrible service when dealing through Deliveroo.Too many times orders have been missing items.Then they’re happy to hide behind Deliveroo’s process of the customer having to call up Deliveroo and check if there is a driver available to go and retrieve your missing items from the restaurant.They take no responsibility for their mistakes and it happens far too often. They offer no assistance.Furthermore, they have a Habit of putting items in the bag sideways which causes them to leak.

Nandos is Nandos, we all like Nandos. Ordering online from you guys in Horsham has just been appalling...charged me twice 2 weeks ago, with a message saying oooops something went wrong please try ordering again...and I had to ring up and chase that which was refunded on the night but a total waste of my time...and then tonight...deliveroo saying its been delivered 2.2 miles away and the only other option is to receive a refund. I want my dinner thanks.

I go there whenever I need energy. Chicken is always well cooked. I prefer here because the quality is very stable, Menu wise there’s some variation, but after several tries I end up only order half chicken with 2 sides.
