Papa Pizza & Grill in Horsham

Waited 90 mins for the pizza to turn up and when it did it was the wrong one. Also 3 dips were missing. Been on the hold with them for 20 mins so far.Judging by the reviews, it's a lottery at the moment as to when your pizza will turn up and then it does, if it will be the correct order.Really disappointed, it's an expensive option and they have been dreadful on this occasion and uncontactable.

Shocking service, definitely won’t be using this incompetent outfit again. Next time you post flyers in peoples doors, make it clear expected delivery time is 2+ hours

Just ordered from the Horsham store as the Crawley store was a big let down last time I ordered food came fresh and hot plus delivery driver was great service with a smile definitely be going back

Appalling customer service, waited over 2hrs for the order and still waIting, hopefully it will arrive before Christmas. Nobody answers the phone and all you get is their really annoying message being played over and over again. I wont be using this cowboy outfit again and will spread the word on social media.

ordered the £28 meal deal, yea service was fast, but the quality was really shocking. pizza was bland, the dips were horrible(the garlic dip was like eating pure garlic butter) the only decent thing was the chicken and garlic bread. wouldn't order from here again, fireaway pizza has more taste and was generally more enjoyable!

Don’t get me wrong this is no wood fired pizza. This is takeaway as you know it but with fresh ingredients and dough that you can taste without the guilt or high salty after taste that most give you.Ordered collection online and it was easy and quick considering there delivery service hadn’t started yet. Staff were friendly and would definetely recommend the tater tots! Little bites of hash brown like goodness. 🤤
