Pizza Express in Horsham

I have never had such a bad experience with my friend here I am heavily pregnant, and wanted a little catch up however apart from my order being wrong and having to wait 10 minutes while my friends food had got on cold their way. 2 couples on the table next to us had set fire to the napkin in his plate. the smell was unbelievable and the waiter laughed it off. afterwards I went outside to get some air while my friend was smoking and they wanted to set our table up for the next people. our bags were still on the chair and we had told them we were just going outside for a minute. honestly the worst experience we have ever had here.

It was okay but only because we paid with Clubcard vouchers. The Pizza was brought out before we even finished our starters, resulting in it being cold. Nobody came to check on us through the food either so when there was an issue we had to just make do and eat what we had. Not very good service I don’t think I’d come back, such a shame this restaurant used to be much better. There was only about 5 tables of people in the place and three waitresses so no excuse about being busy either. Glad I didn’t pay much

We were all looking forward to eating out for the first time in many months and chose trusted Pizza Express in East Street but what an awful experience we had. The food was great but the waitress service was awful. What a surly and unpleasant person she was. No charisma or friendlyness at all from her. In fact we all felt that we were bothersome and not wanted. Such a shame (and misfortune) that we had her, as the rest of the waiting staff seemed friendly and polite, as expected.We shan't be going there again...

Front of the house staff very friendly, quite approachable too. Main concern it was the meal, Starters was overcooked, and one of our main courses was prepared with no flavour at all. Very disappointed about that. Not going back for at least 6/7 months, maybe some changes will happen!

always friendly and reliable. A not very big serving space means puddings tend to come at different times but hey its all about the pizza right?

Had a kids party here. Food was good and staff was courteous. Maybe it was just that day but we felt the service was not great due to constant delay in checking up on us and delays in taking order along with technical issues

We had a nice waiter who was new there. He was helpful enough and friendly. They kept propping open the door which brought in an icy draft and we had to keep asking them to close it. They forgot some drinks and forgot to put some toppings on one of the pizzas.

A great Sunday lunch and the staff were incredible. Very friendly and food arrived quickly and was delicious. Would recommend and we will be going again. Overall, it was just a really easy family lunch. Thank you for a lovely time 😊

If your in need of a decent pizza, Pizza Express will not let you down. Always had a double decent service here and the food has always been on point. Make sure to equip yourself with some vouchers before entering the doors as during the week you can usually get food for half price. Keep up the smashing work

This is our go-to restaurant in Horsham. Lovely building, plenty of seating and not too close together. Good menu, plenty of choice: pizza, pasta, salad. Great desserts. Pleasant selection of wines.
