Chicken can be dry, but tastes ok

Our pizzas were very soggy, soft and VERY greasy ! The garlic bread doesn’t taste garlic and is clearly not home made and was soggy as well. I think I’ll stick to dominos

We always have delicious pizzas whether they are delivered or collected. we use pizza planet once a week on average and have never had a problem.

Firstly the order was 20 mins late.Secondly the burger came with an option to add cheese, I didnt want cheese so didnt add it...It came with cheese.Thirdly the bbq chicken wings were oddly mushy and the bones were disintegrating.Fourthly the curly fries were stale.The one redeeming feature was that the fried chicken was good and the driver was lovely.

Me and my partner love this place the spicy wing meals are amazing we order a lot from here even done a £60 take out from them once and the food was amazing we now order from here once a week sometimes even more than that please go check out their hot wing meal

Really good pizza. First time ordering from here. I messed up on the online time form, but thet changed the time for me no problem. Will order from here again.

I'm not being funny, you may be busy but there is NO excuse for being as rude as you are? Don't say 45 minutes if it's going to take 1 1/2 hours for a start. Made the mistake of not giving us the ordered mozzarella sticks then once I call back to ask for them you argue on the phone to me. Not going back for that sort of customer service that's for sure. Girl I am caring for is excited to receive her food - you then agree it'll be 15-20minutes for the mistake to be re-delivered then I call back 30 minutes after to hear 'We can't do them - u can just have a refund'. Honestly biggest waste of two hours. Not worth it.

I don't think they understand the concept of cheesy chips, as seen in photo attached. There isn't basically no cheese.The quarter burger with cheese was in my opinion a 5/10. Although the burger itself was okay, the sauce that came with it was not. And the cheese and tomato slices that came along were rather pathetic.Getting service was alright, it did take awhile for someone to come and actually serve when you could they weren't doing anything and no one else in the store.

Amount of Cheese - 10/10Amount of Tomato sauce base - 10/10Portion - 11/10Dough - 0/10 .... its like an odd undercooked fake sourdough bread.Unfortunately 3/4 of it went in the bin, but a very reasonable amount of food for £11.The pizza passed the droop test ... as in its not too heavily topped with cheese.Btw the guys working there are super nice, very overworked, but dedicated to their jobs. 10/10 customer service..... shame about the dough.
