Pret A Manger in Horsham

This is for Pret Horsham.It's changed!I used to like going in there but on my last visit I found the staff unattractive, the coffee was poor, paper cups only and the whole place felt scruffy. Surely they can't blame it on covid.Anyway I won't be going back in a hurry. ☹

I don't visit this cafe regularly, but it is a lovely one and the coffee was delicious. Queues when I visited were relatively short and the cafe wasn't too busy. Staff were polite and professional.

Nice amd friendly people working here. Some know what i want already. Coffee is nice, could be a little warmer as sometimes its just mild. Nice and clean place too

Well done Pret! Nice n clean, good quality, reasonable price, lots of choice. I love the Italian chicken salad. Ginger shot is a great pick me up.

We used to love Pret but it has gone rapidly downhill. Seems Covid is a convenient excuse. Only coffee place around here still only using paper cups and plastic lids. Quality of coffee is rubbish. Strong black Americano more like feeble grey dishwater.

Was a regular, even during the 'pandemic' but it is annoying they don't provide trays, only use paper cups and I've noticed the staff are increasingly surly. Any attempt to complain is met with 'speak to HQ'. Food good but experience is miserable and the staff couldn't give two monkeys.

Pret in Horsham is always so dark inside, but happy that I could pick up the vegan meatless meatball hot wrap there. In fact we bought 3 out of the 4 available! Love their turmeric latte too. Service is good but slow.

The Horsham branch needs some serious overdoing, breakfast shelves are always super empty before 9am and there isnt enough seating for busy times. Pret in general is great though, many vegan options as well as macronutrients listed on the product which makes it easy to track

Friendly staff and good coffee make this a great place to stop for a drink. The food is also really good with a decent selection of salads and sandwiches. I'm personally very partial to their Christmas lunch sandwich...... Obviously only available at certain times of the year! Seating is nearly always busy so it can pay to find a seat first!
