Shakeaway in Horsham

Very good range on offer including non dairy. Helpful staff. Not cheap but nice for an occasional treat.

Shakeaway used to be good.. so yummy and delicious... Not now it isn't!Should change its name to 'find the ingredients at the bottom of my cup with added ice-cream'The ingredients are never blended properly, just drinking mixed milk and ice-cream with chunks of whatever the topping is...The people there clearly don't want to be there... Doesn't seem like a good staff moral!They've also taken a leaf out of McDonald's book as their coffee machine has been broken for over a week!!

Good milkshakes, staff are really lovely. The very naughty Nadia is a good one.

Fast and friendly. Plus they have a milkshake called Colin. What's not to like?

Had my first shakeaway milkshake today after recommendation.So very dissapointing Watery on top and thick mass of bounty at the bottom. :(Returned to store today spoke to manager . Customer service excellent.They made a fresh one for me. Have to say it was sooo good. Thank you Shakeaway :)

asked for one thingasked for dairy free icecreams for both me and my partner as we are both lactose intolerant and we both only drank a milkshake from there and we are suffering with bellyaches and other problems which people dont want to hear aboutplease use separate tools for the dairy free if you dont already and please make sure this never happens againif anyone here is lactose intolerant please do not go as they dont seem to care and you will likely get a bellyacheoverall amazing shakes but its not worth this pain.

I went there a few times to get a milkshake. It's an amazing place where you can even customise your milkshake. It's definitely worth trying.

I love the shakes but damn is the service slow! There seems to be no organization or motivation amongst the staff. Just a bunch of teenagers milling around. I witnessed people leaving the queue when they grew tired of waiting. 2x blenders operating on a busy, sunny day with a queue out the door. Invest in a manager and you'll double your sales.

The staff are a bit dismissive and the store is always either ghost town or packed with people and the seating area is quite small so if you want to wait for a shake that might take some time, you can't sit down! Also the shakes are a bit pricey over £5 for a large shake! Some staff members don't blend the shakes correctly but when they do they are good. Also the higher up staff talk down to the employees IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS! No shop should ever do that and only in serious circumstances not to just blend the shake faster and they use their authority to their advantage and were extremely rude to a young man serving me! Overall, this place is ok. The shakes a nice but the whole general feel of the place is horrible. You don't feel welcome!
