Brilliant service, friendly staff and good portions of local food. Nice surrounding area with a tucked away entrance giving it a village feel. Slight issue for tall people. Hot drinks with a large choice of extras

What a gem of a place! Found this while hiking the South Downs Way and couldn't have been happier. Staff were super friendly and helpful, food was delicious and the portions huge! Highly recommended!

This little gem can be found within Cobblestone Walk along with lots of other independent craft shops. I challenge anyone to find a better freshly cooked to order breakfast (lots of other choices on the menu too) . I took on the Farmer but you'll need to fast for a good few hours before doing this. Delicious, including some locally sourced ingredients served by very friendly staff. Lovely setting with exposed beams. Well worth a visit (and a return visit) 😄👍🏻

Really lovely staff, we had huge value for money in our meals, salmon on scrambled eggs was fit for a king and beautifully executed, baked spuds delicious and loads of it, will recommend, and surroundings quaint and quintessentially British, Sussex village, great to see, nice to leave a place of eating with a satisfied smile instead of feeling rooted off!

Got here 20 minutes before closing. So we both had cake and cappuccino. I had the lemon drizzle. Nice size slice and very very tasty. My cappuccino was perfect.The lady that served us was nice and jolly too. I did ask about the buildings history and she told me what she could. Shame I can only give it 5 stars. Great place . Will visit again

Always attentive staff and good food. Reasonably priced and good selection of cakes Inc gf/ve. Can be a wait during busy times but that is because it is cooked fresh.

Lovely quaint place, wooden beams, staff very pleasant and helpful food very good. Just a shame we chose a day when it was tipping it down put us off walking around, certainly will be going back when weather is better. ⭐

Nice lil place to drop into whilst in Steyning. Quick n friendly service. Food was nicely presented. Quaint tea cups n saucers. Cake was also lovely,moist n worth the price. Clean place too.

Came here for brunch this morning. Really enjoyed the food. Happy to leave a five star review, building is lots of interest if you aren't local either. Definitely worth the visit. The staff were more than happy to make some alterations to my meal to accommodate my tastes. This was neither a allergy or dietary request. Simply a request for cranberry sauce in my sandwich. The staff were more than happy to add this for me :)
