The Cottage Tandoori in Horsham

Ordered food told delivery would be 19.30 I heard nothing from them so I called at 20.11 to be told it was in its way .Another 40 minutes and it was delivered literally no heat at all.Called them to let them know and then I was told someone would call me back guess what !!! No one did and still waiting .

Ordered a take away via uber eats last Thursday. We live in Handcross. The delivery was spot on and the delivery driver very polite. The foodwas amazing. Warm and tasty and lots of it. Will definitely be ordering again and telling my friends to do so too. Thank you

I will never be ordering from here again. I never leave bad reviews but I feel the disgusting service from this restaurant deserves it.I ordered a takeaway from here a few weeks ago, we are regular customers and order a couple of times a month at least. My food was due to be delivered at 1755. I waited until 1855 to give the restaurant a chance, I thought maybe they were having a busy night and I didn't want to hassle them. At 1855 I called them to explain that my order was an hour late and I asked for an update. The man that I spoke to on the phone apologised and said that my order was on its way and left 10 minutes ago. Another hour passed and I still did not have my food. I called up again at 2000 (over 2 hours since the food was supposed to arrive), to be told by a lady that the order hadn't even gone through and they hadn't even cooked our food!So after a long day at work, wanting to relax, we have waited over 2 hours for food to be told it hadn't even been cooked.Had the initial man I spoke to, when the food was an hour late been honest, I could be a little more understanding. But to sit there and straight up lie to me down the phone and tell me the food was on it's way is a truly awful way to treat your loyal customers.Any decent company would have apologised profusely and offered to send the food out immediately as well as offering some compensation/partial refund for making us wait over 2 hours. But instead I was offered 2 options - 'we can cook it now and send it out' or 'you can have a refund but it'll take 3-5 days to go back onto your card'.Clearly, as a company, you do not care about your customers, especially the repeat customers. Maybe in future you should be honest about the situation instead of lying to us and treating us like idiots!

Enjoyed a lovely meal here last night. As it was a Monday night we were the only table eating in which meant service was very quick. The food was delicious and the young waiter that served us was very polite and attentive. Would definitely visit again.

Brilliant food, great everytime and great variety. Very kind people who run it and great friendly service, would definitely be going back again!

This was the most delicious Indian food I have ever tasted. I ordered the King Prawn Lankani which was absolutely sublime - prepared to perfection, I cannot recommend more. The gentleman who delivered the food was also one of the smiliest people I have seen all day. Thoroughly impressed and will be returning very soon A ******* quality and taste!!

Amazing food (the best around IMO) but not for the 1st time, really slow and late delivery service, paying by card on the website never seems to work either. Order before you are hungry.
