Have always been our go to place for a roast dinner on a Sunday, staff are always helpfull and friendly, there is a lovely blonde haired woman who always remembers you which is lovely 👍

Lovely quaint old pub with real character. Amazing food (and huge portions) Great service and value for money. We stumbled on it just passing by and will definitely be back.

The staff are brilliant and very accommodating towards families, the outdoor seating area and inside are both cosy and well maintained. The food is restaurant quality in a pub, at low pub prices compared to other pubs in Sussex / Surrey.Homemade beer "sourdough IPA" and sourdough bread baked daily, I love this place.

It was our first visit today and was delighted with the service, delicious food and cleanliness. A lovely find we will be back! Highly recommend this beautiful pub.

We visited as a stop along our journey based on google recommendations & we were not disappointed.The food and welcome was fantastic, the halloumi fries were probably the best we’ve EVER had (we tend to order these a lot!).The menu was impressive and under-sold the deliciousness that arrived on the plate.I even ate the side salad that came with mine - i NEVER eat the decorative leaves - this was an actual salad & was amazing.It is a shame this pub is an hour away from home - I will be finding reasons to be over this part of the country JUST to visit this place again.We didn’t sample much from the bar as we were driving in after eating.Highly recommend.

I just wanted to thank the staff at the Fox for their spectacular service on Friday night. As a result of the power outages, they were absolutely packed, but could not have been more accommodating and produced lovely suppers. Thank you!

Lovely pub ! Little art exhibition last Saturday of each month. Extended outdoor tarpaulin area with a grand selection of beers, spirits and pub lunches. Cozy indoor area for the colder months. Ample bike parking. Child and doggie friendly!

Stopped off on the spur of the moment at this pub advertised as the Last pub in West Sussex ( right against the Surrey border) we received a very warm welcome and although not an extensive menu ( for a Wednesday evening) the choice was ample for our requirements, the food was served timeously hot and flavourful and at a far price, and the staff were very attentive, a great evening meal in an early Autumn evening.we will be returning.

Came across this place by chance whilst visiting another business locally. They allowed us to park in their car park temporarily and so we decided to have lunch there. Super friendly staff and great service, and excellent food. The garden area is lovely. Would definitely visit again if in the area.
