Poor customer service, very rude staff. It's so messed up inside, dirty tables, not enough space to sit on both side of the table. Staff member at the till is not capable enough to manage the queue, people are queuing up all side of the closed counters and all of sudden realized that all other counters are closed.

Good cheap food filthy place clean your own table before you can sit down food under your feet, but would still go back.

Used to be a regular. ... nothing has changed, dirty, grimy, 1 member of staff serving ... Saturday afternoon, someone placing a food order, instant queue, gave up ,went elsewhere. Probably good ales , major achievement to get served ...if you can wait that long

This place is an absolute joke the staff are useless and very rude bad attitude , The manageress Should not be a manager she is absolutely horrendous.I placed a takeout order and they gave it to someone else and I actually had to ask them to make it again, no apology no nothing. While I was waiting for my food again I ordered another drink I put it on my table to pop to the loo and the staff took it.It was 1hrs20mins before I got the food I paid for.Iv been working In horsham for 5weeks spending £200+per week and is not been great but this just took the p....sWOW crazy , so bad. Avoid at all cost.

Nice big spoons. Great range of ales. Some from local brewers. Food was usual great value. Whats not to like.

·

Food good but table cleanliness dreadful we had to clear our own table when we sat down and nothing was cleared away after either, lots of tables with dirty plates etc on and none of them cleaned , pretty naff really considering the tines we live in

I normaly enjoy going in the lynd . News years eve it seemed the staff were in humbug mode. My husband had 4 pints and he and his friend were refused being served . Friends of ours had their tambourine and were asked to pipe it down .

It's a Spoons - You take the rough with the smooth and everyone saves a few quid.Having said that app use to order was smooth as you like and all staff that served food and drinks were friendly and helpful.1 beer served warm (can), food was top notch - especially considering the price paid, interior a bit grubby but nothing unexpected.Overall I'd rate this as a good Wetherspoons and I'll definitely drop in again for a quick pint and bite when needed.

Me and a college Used the pub every night for 2 weeks(working away from home) Great food, staff were great, fantastic atmosphere nothing was to much trouble. We Really enjoyed our experience. I would 100% recommend this pub. The prices were good too, we couldn't spend the food allowance work had given us, the food was under priced I thought and great quality!

Door staff friendly, was busy as it's a Friday night. Tried to order on the app but it crashed twice eventually my partner went to the bar. Staff are polite, but when bringing meals out didn't say where the sauces are or anything as we hadn't been there before. I had a jacket potato which was really nice but the salad that came with it looked abit off so didn't eat it. I will go back and give it another change as they were really busy.
