Really friendly staff and possibly the best Mocha I've ever had! Would definitely recommend šŸ‘Œ

I often visit this friendly cafe when I head into the town centre. Always tidy, well stocked and clean. Staff are really friendly and one member inparticular always brings my order to my table as I have young children. Such a help and kind gesture. She engages well with everyone and in turn this gives you a real sense of being a valued customer. Top marks

Fantastic little cafe in Swan Walk, with great coffee, tasty sandwiches and super staff. My favourite cafe in Horsham.

Really nice fresh sandwich, big pot of tea, friendly staff. Will definately go again!

After hearing reports of the staff being rude and the food being pretentiously sub par, I decided to try it myself as the menu looked pretty good regardless... However, the "Full English Breakfast" is anything but, the sausages are the best part and frankly they're okay at best, the bacon was fine as far as bacon goes but nothing more than that. The toast is toasted to the point where it just about qualifies as "toast". But the scrambled eggs, Jesus christ the scrambled eggs were easily the worst I've ever had. It was pure mush, didn't even really taste like eggs, the texture was vile, any more mushy and it could make the cut as baby food. The beans were heinz so no complaints there. But to be honest the memory of those eggs isn't going to haunt me for some time. You're an independent business and you need to do better if you expect people to pay more for your food.I'd suggest going elsewhere locally if you're looking for a quality full English. Doesn't set a great standard for the business if you can't even get a full English right, especially if it's not even a FULL English and missing half thr ingredients.

Just wanted to feedback on the excellent service I have received over the past few months. Cafe is always very clean, coffee excellent and staff are pleasant and welcoming.I wanted to mention manager Sam as being particularly hard working and professional. She has an excellent manner with the customers and seems to work extremely hard. I overheard another customer praising her recently as being ā€˜prepared to go the extra mile’ and I agree. There is a lot of competition in Horsham but I choose to return for my coffee due to Sam and the team.Keep up the good work!John Matthews

Always enjoy visits to both the Horsham & Chichester branches. Coffee (& food) normally great. Given it 4 stars instead of 5 though as Thursday afternoon’s visit was not good. My flat white was bitter, only warm & just full of foam - not at all the usual standard & didn’t resemble or taste like a flat white. My husband’s black coffee was also bitter & lukewarm. Didn’t have time to mention as only one member of staff & she was busy. It won’t put me off as I’ll be back at the weekend to try again - hopefully it was a one off!

Although I've lived in Horsham for years, this was my first visit. As the great smells drifting out into the centre called to me. I was seated comfortably and opted for a latte and the home made Mac'n'cheese - I am SO glad I did. The Mac was one of the best I have had in a really long time - cheesy and indulgently creamy, and the coffee was very special.

Stopped off on Sunday morning for a coffee. The staff seemed more concerned with attending to Deliveroo customers than dealing with those actually present. After some time had to request drinks which had not been started. I always attempt to support the independent businesses but I will take my custom elsewhere now.

Been coming here for a long time now but today I was disappointed. I ordered my coffee and a tuna melt but when it arrived it was made with just a bog standard sliced white loaf and not the usual sourdough (one of the reasons I come is the sourdough) I told the waitress that I couldn't eat the bread and she went to see if there was any sourdough left. There was, but my sandwich took a further 20 minutes to appear. It wasn't cooked properly and there was probably more meat on a goldfish than what was in my tuna melt! Asked for oatmilk in my coffee but it was cows milk. Gave up by then šŸ˜’
