Got to give them 3 stars for effort, as the staff serving you are polite and efficient, and that makes a difference. Beautiful building, but I didn't stay, so no idea what the rooms are like. Food is atrocious tho, which considering the location, is a huge mistake, as this place could be a goldmine for the right team, producing decent food, as opposed tonwhatbis served up here. What a shame...

Was away for business for 5 night. If I was able not to give it a star I would. I will never return even if it was the last place on earth. Had bugs in the bathroom room, my room was never cleaned. Rooms are so out dated and Wi-Fi was non-existent. The food was so awful I ended eating out 3 of the 5 nights I was there. First night had a chicken salad and the chicken was like old flip flops(dry and old)The second night I went I got the pasta it was the small cold and had clumps of hair. ( sent it back and refused to eat there again)While going around the hotel passing the kitchen to get to my room I could see into the kitchen and the place was so bad words couldn’t describe. The chefs are young and spend most there time drinking and smoking by the fire exitThe bar staff are the rudest people I have ever met in my life. Waited an 1hour to be asked for drinks and then waited another 45/1hr for them to even ask what I wanted to eat.All I would say on the matter is stay away at all costs as it’s a worst hotel in England. And to make matter lworse there was escorts walking round the whole time.

Fantastic hotel. Whether I have visited for a romantic break or a business brunch it has always delivered. The staff are friendly and attentive, some of the best service I have experienced in a hotel. The food is great and is priced fairly. Im a regular customer and will be for years to come.

I stay in many hotels down to my job. I stayed here a few weeks back and after that first stay I have not looked back. Kev the manager does a proper job... always busy yet still always striking up conversations and making you feel welcome. Just as if you was a local regular. It's a shame to hear that tomorrow is his last day. That's a pair of shoes to fill. The rooms are beautiful and the setting is peaceful. A great hotel to stay I'm. Keep it up guys and gals. A truly awsome stay

WOW what a fantastic happy hour at the Roundabout Hotel. Music was great, lots of people up and dancing, atmosphere great. But Where was Kevin??????? We were told he is leaving. How could the management do this to this lovely hotel and everyone that goes there. Kevin was the one that got it back on track after covid.PLEASE BRING KEVIN BACK.

Stayed here for a week on business. Staff friendliness was hit and miss. Rooms ok but not worth the money. Breakfast., well out of date yogurt. .mouldy toast. Scrambled egg would bounce if dropped. Main meals again hit and miss, might come out walm. This could be a nice place if things would, or want to be In proved

Very nice hotel. Staff very professional and helpful. Beautifully decorated. Would be 5 stars if not for it being a little cold in the bedroom in the morning. Lovely meal.

I just spent 6 nights here on a business trip, if we're being honest some of the decor and furniture in the rooms was showing it's age a little, but I found it to be a very comfortable environment, the staff are all very friendly and helpful and the food was very, very good. I would definitely use it again.

We had our wedding here on Saturday and the day was amazing! Before hand Liaan and Kerry made it so easy and stress free to plan and they kept in regular contact. The food was beyond amazing, we had a buffet lunch, and the work they had put in to make the venue look so beautiful was clear!!We stayed in the bridal suite (Room 103) and had the most comfortable bed, the room is huge, grand and was so clean.Breakfast the next morning was utterly amazing and all our guests commented on what a wonderful, warm and friendly venue it was.All the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and our needs, we really could not have asked or hoped for more! Highly recommend and we will remain eternally grateful for making our special day so perfect! Thank you!

Lovely hotel in a lovely location . Pricey rooms though.Friendly staff. Very clean rooms and toilets. The food was average and the breakfast was average with the worst scrambled eggs ever . Great coffee but waitress needs to be careful how she serves tea as she scolded my nephew's neck and didn't even notice. Poor boy. Staff need more training with the till as a young lad tried to charge my husband £40 for 3 drinks, easy done but he was adamant is was correct. The Manageress was great though.
