Wagamama in Horsham

Amazing meal as always in Wagamamas.Great quality food,friendly staff & nice restaurant. Portions are always a good size & service is quick. 5 stars & will be back very soon.

Food was OK, not bad not great.Only ordered a main meal for a family of 6, we got served in 3 stages, my plate came last (after chasing it up twice) and everybody else had already finished eating.Staff were pleasant and polite, very good about dealing with allergies.

Great food, great service. Our group had a couple of allergies and the manager Hayden was brilliant. He made sure everything was safe for us to eat aswell as making some great recommendations. Staff all looked happy and we're attentive. Will be back.

We had to wait for a long time to be served. When we could finally order it was after the waiter dealt with the two women sat next to us who arrived well after us. This was followed by a long wait for our food. I had my meal and almost finished it before my son received his meal. On top of this the two women next to us received a refund because of the bad service, we had worse service and no refund. I was really astonished by this. We had no time to eat somewhere else, otherwise we would have left for sure. I'm still livid about the bad service and the refund offered to others and not to us. You offer a refund to others because of the bad service.... they were sitting right next to us and we had a worse service. Wow! Never happened to me before. A first for everything I guess.

Good team of people very polite and professional, we were seated quickly and looked after very well, food was good. Location is also good and convenient if you are in town.

Great service just little crowded out the back. Go on a quiet day / book and get a table near the front. Food always good and kids like it. Staff always happy to help.

In Horsham today, few decent places to eat.. but this place caught my eye. Place is a good size, staff are attentive and polite. Food is lovely, reasonably priced.. recommend to visit for an easy relaxed meal.

Great flavours but your paying big money for rice and noodles

Lovely restaurant. Lovely staff, so clean, delicious food. Great choice for the children. Will definitely be back. 😊

There’s Wagamama’s then there’s this one. We found this totally by chance and can very happily verify it as the best Wagamama we’ve ever been to. The atmosphere, the staff and the food were all easily a cut above the rest. Simply excellent.
