We use the cafe quite regularly before shopping as most of the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for them, service with a smile makes all the difference 😊

My wife buys her lottery here every week. This week they wouldn't sell to her. She didn't have any Id: on her.Apparently she looks under 18.She's actually 45. I really think sometimes people take there job to serious and want to be as difficult as they can.

Excellent beef chilli nachos! Would recommend and happily have again. Sufficient for a good lunch I found!

As far as Waitrose goes, a perfectly fine outlet. One of the best with a good selection of wine. It's also sited together with a more than adequate John Lewis too.

Visited Horsham store this afternoon for first time as I moved in new property and wanted to buy few things for my new place. I had shocking experience when I was browsing around. Security shouted at me from distance, “ Oye, you alright? Can I get someone to assist you?He followed me all the way to one of the aisle and from far he shouted, infront of other people. There were so many other people who were shopping, he dint wanted to assist them. I felt that was very much racist. If he wanted to check on me he could approached me politely and checked on me for assistance.

Shopping at Waitrose carries a certain stigma. I wish it wasn't the case, but sadly it is indeed within the Horsham branch. Unless you are a middle class white person who dresses in the same fashion as the regulars. Not only will you be followed around the store. But as I found, even if you are walking around carrying a basket. You will be confronted by security.I know many individuals who used to work for this company. Not only have they confirmed that Waitrose does have a very discriminatory nature. Waitrose make a point of brainwashing employees to the degree where they are entirely convinced that no other shop could compare. However, the way they seem to treat their staff as well as their attitude towards members of the general public they deem not good enough to shop there would suggest otherwise.Do better. I am the Senate.

Always a good experience shopping in Waitrose.Good selection of fresh and packaged fruit and was pleased to see that South African and Moroccan produce featured strongly which I find preferable to anything emanating from the EU.

Staff go above and beyond. They know where there stock is. The aisles are spacious. And the prices are very much in line with their competitors . I enjoy shopping there

I don't know what's going on in Waitrose Horsham but during my last two visits I have encountered rude or stressed staff and we're three weeks away from Christmas week. Goodness knows what the level of service will be like then. Three stars for the great quality of food.

Full marks to all the customers every one of whom appeared to be wearing a mask. There were the usual gaps on shelves but to be fair they were different gaps from a fortnight ago. Didn't appreciate the ridiculously large Christmas Tree in the entrance - come on we've not reached Halloween yet!
