Food service needs to improve greatly, food cooked once for two sittings, kept warm from 1st sitting till second sitting instead of cooking fresh for second sitting so it goes hard and dry.Staff fantastic.

·

Having a great weekend here, first visit. Room is lovely and clean. Everything you need. Staff are friend and helpful

Lovely location, beautifully kept gardens. Loads of activities, line dancing, yoga, swimming pool, mini golf course and bowling (I think) superb evening entertainment. The selection of food was very good with a different menu every day and a self service carvery with a good choice of vegetables. Breakfast also had self service or waiter, Accommodation was basic but clean. I would go again.

Just got back from this lovely place, lots to do. We went for a tribute weekend and all 5 acts were great. All the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Will be trying other Warner places over the next year.

Great setting, lovely sea views and gardens. Good friendly staff, especially Klaudia in restaurant . Met so many nice guests. Plenty of activities in resort so you don't need to go out. Premier chalets need updating, and sound quality needs improving. But have booked to come back in A August.

Chalet is nice, adequate for washing and sleeping requirements. The grounds are nice. The food and service are very good. The staff are friendly. Entertainment is provided throughout the day and every evening. Situated 5 minutes from the Ferry.

We've just returned from and a lovely 5 day break at Norton Grange. It's a lovely peaceful site and location. Great landscaped gardens. Ample safe parking. The bird aviary is a lovely feature and worth seeing with all the different little bird species in there. The location is ideal for some interesting local and easy walks.Fun activities including outdoor bowls, archery, rifle and crossbow shooting which he took part in and really enjoyed. The chalets are clean, tidy and functional, but maybe would benefit from a little bit of upgrading, as the one we stayed in was a little tired and dated. The beds were sound, clean and comfortable which is always an important factor of any stay. The restaurant was fantastic, light, airy , great service with a wide varied menu. The food is served promptly and is always hot and very tasty. The servers are all friendly, helpful and professional, as are the staff in all other areas. We are already looking forward to our return visit in August, which we booked during this visit and that saved us a good amount of money by booking when we did. Thanks to all at Warners Norton Grange 🙂👍

First of all we had a great time. But the pool and leisure area is very poor. No door on the ladies changing rooms and Anyone can see ladies getting charged. Some of the chalet,s are very small, and not suitable for any one with disabilities, and you have to walk a long way to the main area. The food was not up to Warner's usual standard. A glorified Butlins campus.
