Chicken & Pizza Land in Isle of Wight

I wanted to order food for 4 people, during a recent family holiday in Sandown, however they said they didn't accept card payment, regardless of the amount ordered! That's a really bad business decision, when all the other restaurants, cafes and pubs we visited in Sandown accept card payment. It also raises suspicion, as to why they insist on cash only, as all hospitality venues were asked to adopt contactless payment facilities during the Lockdowns of 2020/21. They must have had card readers then, but decided to get rid of them, as soon as restrictions were lifted!

Couple of mins from the Sandown beach. We took a takeaway for 8ppl. Chicken Wraps and burgers were pretty good. Loved the mushroom burger. This place accepts only CASH. So make sure you have some otherwise you will have to run to a cash machine which is 2 mins away.

Disgusting foodPlease avoid this place chicken wings burnt and very greasy like they are using really old oil and very pink inside.Also the chicken family feast is exactly the same.Customer service is appalling they just look at you in disgust and wait for you to come and order.Also this place does not take card strictly cash only.I would have given this 0 stars if I could but the 1 star is for the pizza which was nice.

Ordered chicken fillet burger meal.. Great portion size but deep fried chicken was hard (overcooked) and veggies were scarce. Fresh salad would have made it 4*Seating area was adequate but overall dirty seats/tables and no toilets inside

Delicous kebab with lots of salad and nicely presented.Little to no communication only when taking an order, which is fine as a takeaway but atmosphere bit glum, staff don't seem very happy in their work

First time I have been here. Customer service was not good. Besides taking the order absolutely no communication. Fries were great but pizza was bery bland. And the hot chilli sauce I asked was wasted like tomato soup (no heat what so ever).Definitely not for me.

Ordered for delivery to whitecliff bay campsite, delivery driver very polite, pizzas very nice and tasty lots of chips

They make the best pizza you'll ever have in your life. Honestly similar to what they make in Rome. I have been there on a few occasions and the staff were extremely nice and polite with everyone at all times. If you're around, you must go and try that pizza.

Ordered food from here today for the first time. Food came within 45 minutes. Chicken was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The burgers were tasty and 10/10 on the chips with the meal. Crispy bite and fluffy inside. Pop was nice and cold and food was lovely and hot. Thoroughly recommend....
