Costa Coffee in Isle of Wight

Love the coffee, but they mess up my orders all the time. Staff are always polite and friendly.

Coffee made well and pleasant staff, but the two mornings I visited the staff both served me takeaway after they already checked I wanted to eat in. They looked a bit fresh so perhaps still training.

Very friendly waitress made the whole Costa experience even nicer

Great place for a quick bite to eat. The food is great, the hot chocolate is amazing and the staff are friendly. Wheelchair accessible with disable toilet, only problem I had was with the door to the toilet. It was far to heavy. If I was alone it would have been very difficult to open and get in and out. Otherwise I had a great experience.

New milk used by Costa is not gluten free and other dairy alternatives are not nice since changing from Alpro to Coca Cola's own brand milk. Will be looking elsewhere for my coffee

Unfortunately it usually takes a long time to get served, even when it's not particularly busy, but the staff are always very pleasant.

I am a regular visitor to the store, and am never failed by the lovely staff and their attitude towards all customers. They are all polite and lovely and make myself and everyone feel welcome. One of the best coffees I've ever had, and always made just how I like it. Was served by Louis today, who always gives 100% ! Great service and team :)

What's not to love about Costa coffee!!The place is always clean, the staff are friendly and the service is always good, haven't ever used the outside seating in the back so can't comment on that not the cakes are yummy, can get very busy here so sometimes
