The people were very polite with good customer service. The food was nice, not over priced and the portions were not skimpy. And you did not wait a long time before your food was served.

A cosy and relaxing tea room serving a large assortment of cakes, freshly made sandwiches, hot food and beverages all at an affordable price. Worth a visit.

Popped in today for 2x cream tea's & was lovely! Beautiful jam & cornish clotted cream and fruit scones and pot of tea for 2. £6.50!!!! Cheapest I've come across within the region of shanklin & Sandown. I was expecting to pay £6.50 each! Very happy. The tea was the best I have tasted on the island! And the cheapest.Clean, warmly decorated.Nice cream teaLady who served us was very niceThank you

Can highly recommend the sausage rolls and pasties (even reheated the following day the pastry is still crispy). The eccles are among the best I've had, the bakewell tarts are huge and the fresh cream chocolate eclairs are delicious. The jam donuts though are quite possibly the worst I've had (and I've eaten a lot in my time). They were tough, had an odd taste to them and the jam was really not nice - don't let put you off though; as I've said the other bits I've tried are lovely.Pleasant enough staff.

Staff is friendly and nice, place fairly clean and everything seems fine. However good things ends there. I've ordered BLT sandwich and it was disappointing. As usual sandwich came in 2 triangles, between buttered bread there were few pieces of bacon and that's it. Where lettuce and tomato part you ask? They came on a side with tiny amount of lettuce, one slice of tomato and a slice of cucumber (same amount as omlette garnish). Amount of vegetables wasn't even enough for one of the triangles.

Really nice bakery...usually...Popped in there today to buy bread pudding and carrott cake. Both were not cooked..almost as if they hadnt even gone in the oven? Mrs wasnt impressed. Real shame as always been happy there before.

Lovely food but the portions could have been a bit more generous. I bought two small Christmas cakes for presents very reasonably priced. I also bought a fruit loaf which again was a very good price.

Ordered a coronation chicken baguette to takeaway. The filling was quite nice but the baguette was stale and chewy. My little boy had a sausage roll which he said was OK but again it was chewy and didn't seem fresh.. Won't be going back.

Very poor food only made worse by staff attitude. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches to takeaway. When I got home I was presented with 2 flat soggy sandwiches which looked quite unpleasant and made with thin shop bought bread. And not worth the £3.70 price tag for each. I returned to daisy's to ask for my money back and was greeted rudely and laughed at. I was told I should have asked if it was shop bought bread " in a bakery" and that I was wrong to think it wasn't worth £3.70. She even called her colleague to tell me I was wrong. I eventually got my money back after a failed attempt to give me money for one of the sandwiches. I was very disappointed by the sandwiches but not as much as the attitude of the staff. I have eaten there before and had food of a reasonable quality but I never expected the attitude I received today. Especially as I waited for her customers to leave the counter before I made a complaint. Ask for the quality of your purchase before you buy otherwise you may be treated rudely with passive aggression if the items are not up to a standard you may expect.
