Domino's Pizza Ryde in Isle of Wight

it ok pizza, could be a bit cheaper overall very nice

Typical Domino's pizza. Clean, plenty of staff working well as a team and the pizza is what you'd expect from any other Domino's.

Pizza was good, not too overcooked and nice arrangement u can taste all ingredients in one go. The critic goes to the person who ate a piece of our garlic bread on the way of delivery ( don't know if it was dominos worker or a delivery driver ) This happens a few weeks ago and still remembering. I can't believe someone actually took a piece from our food and then deliver to us . Let's not get the health and safety policy involved, but that was bad. If u hungry ask the bloody dominos to feed u as per right, but don't eat someone's food and then let it to be delivered.

12.15pm Tuesday lunchtime, says it's open,. But it's not. I'm sure the window sign said 11am, internet says noon. Waited until 12.25pm still shut, locked, no lights. Why bother!

We ordered two pizzas tonight and when they turned up the order was wrong,we phoned them and explained and was told to take a picture and email it to them and they would send out a replacement, 1hr 30 mins later still waiting so phoned them again, call was answered with just hello and I had to ask if that was domino's and was told yes, asked where the replacement pizza was only to be told I will check the emails now. So after waiting 1hr 30mins they hadnt checked the emails(have to say when would they have checked if I hadnt phoned them again).Asked to speak to the manager who was the person I was speaking to on the phone and got offered a refund or would I still like the pizza to be sent out,asked for a refund but no other compensation was offered for waiting 2 and a half hours. Pretty poor if you ask me.

Unfortunately our pizza is nearly always way over cooked :( When I pay nearly £60 per order, we are so gutted when we open the box & the pizza is hard around the edges where it's overcooked. We get the double cheese as we love it soft & gooey how a pizza should be but unfortunately only about 2/10 times we get the pizza cooked to perfection :/

Worst kip on the island. You order one thing they bring another. You call during opening hours they say they are closed.Most expensive for a pizza in the uk and they are provide the worst value, food and customer service.Better off heating a microwave mcain chips than ordering from these clowns

JOSH ,was first class,with delivery, On time went the extra mile, this was more than a takeaway delivery, it made us feel we were dinning at a top class restaurant, thank you Josh,for turning a pizza delivery into something that was silver service.

This store refused to serve a keyworker last week while on shift and wanted some hot food also the gent behind the counter was rude. Told me to order online and pay online the issue with that I don't carry cards or cash when on shift.

Poor quality food, made by overworked and underpaid teenagers. Delivery drivers are clueless at best, and if they get your order wrong, the driver will awkwardly stand there and tell you that's not his job to deal with. Oh, and they don't know how to slice a pizza.... like come on guys, do you expect me to roll it into a gurt ol' calzone!?
