Fantastic steak and ale pie no fat all lean one of the best pie's I have had lovely home cooked meals

Best ale on the island six of us had a meal all good picture of my ribs with a salad and triple cooked chips superb

Really nice pub and restaurant. Staff are great and the food and drink are always very good.

Had a number of meals here during my stay, great Sunday roast dinner so came back later in the week for a pork belly and then a cottage pie. Good food, good atmosphere.

If you are using Red Funnel Foot passenger service for an Island visit. Then make sure this is your fist Pit Stop ! 200m walk from the terminal and lets face it, If you come that route, you'll NEED a Pint !.Friendly Staff. Fantastic food and excellent Prices. If you don't know anyone there, THAT is the last time you can ever say that. The Pub breeds friendly Atmosphere whether drinking or eating. Would ALWAYS make this the first place to visit on returning to the Island.

What an amazing staff. When I checked in I had a broken wheel on my luggage and asked reception if they new where I could purchase a new suitcase. The receptist said " let me check for you I believe we have an extra one somewhere." The next morning a suitcase was waiting for me in the restaurant. If that is not amazing service I don't know what is...great people ...great town.. I highly recommend.

The food was fantastic, its a very short menu we had the bbq ribs and the fish and chips and they were absolutely flawless. Couldn't fault the service the atmosphere or the food! Amazing

Really friendly staff and excellent food. Fish and chips were absolutely top quality. Would have appreciated a way to order food from outside without entering the crowded bar area.

Went as a party of 8 on a last minute booking. Staff really good, Birra Morretti really cold, food was great from a traditional pub menu.We happily paid up at the end and left. Following day we got a text message from them apologising profusely saying we'd been over charged and to come back to sort a refund which was duly sorted. Its really rare to see such honesty so fair play to them - we will return.
