Lovely food very friendly helpful staff

Lovely food at really good prices with friendly service. Was our go to for breakfast and would definitely recommend. Although not mentioned on the menu, a veggie option for the full breakfast was available and kept the other half happy.

Went to Kate’s Cottage for a breakfast last month. Very pleasant and quick service. Food was lovely and hot, nice cup of tea. Great value. Will go back again next time I’m in Sandown, 👍

Great place lovely staff food was bloody lovely and fairly priced made a change you could get veg and not everything was with chips like most other places

Staff very friendly. Food, absolutely delicious. Very reasonably priced and a varied menu. We all had the bumper breakfast one of the days and the following day 2 of us had the lamb shank and 1 of us had the surf-and-turf. We were NOT disappointed. Again, absolutely delicious.Highly recommend this cafe if you're looking for something to eat.

Fast red hot food. Nicely done with roasts available every day. Small area with booking required in the summer but has a pleasant rear garden for the overflow on nice days
