Kfc in Isle of Wight

After the rains the building was leaking like a sive with the main entrance closed and access via the emergency exit only.This did not stop work.Food ordered, prepared and given to me with no fuss, out the door and away.Very nice it was to.

Got some food here on the drive through. We sort of went the wrong way in but that was my fault. Staff are nice, service was quick.

Offer on the app does not work on the order touchscreens which meant a 25 min wait as the member of staff wouldn't serve until she'd fulfilled other orders, then when we arrived at the ferry port we noticed we were missing food and supplied fillet burgers rather than Zinger burgers.

Me and kids visited KFC in Newport today. As we walked in we was discussed straight away. Not even 1 table was clean. All was either with trays or empty packaging on it. Ones which was free or trays - was dirty and sticky. We tried to call someone but we was ignored and in the end we have to clean table ouelrself. If people working there - I don't want to think about food hygiene standards in this place. First time in KFC and definetly not coming back.

The meal I bought was not good, I went back through drive in and handed it over, they asked me to park in lay by and I quickly had a replacement meal, very good service but should never have been given original meal, staff should ask themselves 'would I eat that' and if the answer is no then don't give to customers.

Came here on a friday afternoon. There was signs up saying sorry for any inconvenience with the slower service etc, so I did expect to wait a short while. I ordered a standard meal for myself, but ymy mate, although wanting the same meal, told them he didn't want any cheese, salad, or sauce on it, and he wanted a side order of gravy. When we got the order, we found they had put cheese on his meal, had not given him his gravy, snd had missed off his hash brown, and when he went back to the counter to tell a member of staff, they were rude to him, and made out it was his fault, and even threw the food down on the counter, as if they were disgusted that he had complained. I will not return here again. Really disgusted.

Clean & tidy restaurant & smells delicious when you step inside the door haha! The staff are very helpful & even tho a few errors have been made before with our orders, the staff are always happy to help & correct any mistakes :)

Kfc Isle of Wight; friendly staff, fast service and a can-do approach to customer requests! I would recommend this location and frankly it’s the best KFC I have been too. Thank you

Waited a very long time for take away food. Many people who came in before myself, and another lady, left with their food way before us. I think I was waiting for over 25 minutes whilst others waited minutes. I kept seeing people come in, order, get there food and leave while I waited and waited. The food was nice though.

You can't go wrong with KFC chicken.Love the food and it always delivers on taste.Only dislike I have is that they have decided to remove regular Pepsi from their menu, my personal opinion is that people should be able to make their own choice if they wish to drink sugary drinks.(not being funny but you don't really go to KFC because you're on a diet)
