Kfc in Isle of Wight

Usual excellent service and meals although this is not the normal one we use

As always, food was good , tasted fab as it should be,. All looked nice and clean to. Did not have to wait long for my food for the family.

When we got the chicken it was swimming in grease. The man who handed us our food looked like he has never washed his uniform, it was covered in alsorts of stains and dirt

Honestly one of the best KFCs I've been to, they make the chips crunchier here than elsewhere while still making amazing chicken.

To call it 'fast food' was a gross error. I stood there like a spare part, whilst the teenage staff chatted amongst themselves and made no acknowledgement even to my presence for far too long. I toyed with walking out but my plans meant I needed a take away, before my next appointment. Staff training desperately needed.

In all the times I've been to KFC they have never gotten my oder right once! However having said that they are such friendly staff that it would be churlish of me to complain 😉👍

Standard KFC with fairly unhelpful staff that won't swap gravy for beans etc. Even though the products are the same price.

I write this because went in there two weeks ago and was refused use of the toilet 🚻 I suffer with crohnns and I was bad that day and they said they were closed yet they were serving food the first person said go in and ask second person said no I have no problem with your food is excellent but my my experience was not good so I a cross to burger place and they said no problem

After the rains the building was leaking like a sive with the main entrance closed and access via the emergency exit only.This did not stop work.Food ordered, prepared and given to me with no fuss, out the door and away.Very nice it was to.

Offer on the app does not work on the order touchscreens which meant a 25 min wait as the member of staff wouldn't serve until she'd fulfilled other orders, then when we arrived at the ferry port we noticed we were missing food and supplied fillet burgers rather than Zinger burgers.
