Marks & Spencer in Isle of Wight

I have been on the island for nearly 2 weeks. I purchased nearly £200 worth of clothing and ordered more instore. Margaret was absolutely incredible, she went above and beyond to help me. The best service I have received in any M&S. Thank you

Always so clean and very airy. Staff very helpful. Plenty of choice in all the clothing areas and good value for money. Not the cheapest but excellent quality.

I went in for a bra fitting, was very pleasantly helped by Brenda and Joy. They really knew what they were talking about, very knowledgeable in their advice. Nothing was too much for them.Would highly recommend this service.

I came in to the Newport store Sunday 1st May., a kind lady called Julie helped point me in the right direction for what I was looking for. She also helped me use the new self check out till, she was so friendly and helpful and made my shopping day a lot easier.

Purchased a pair of jeans and the first time I put them on I found a receipt from Newlook in the back pocket. On further investigation all the labels had been stuck together. So the jeans I paid full price for are second hand!!!!!

Lovely food getting better with cloths, still a bit stuffy and too dear. Bought a couple of bits of jewellery they were a good price. All the staff are lovely nothing too much bother. So polite. Very nice shop worth staying for a coffee.

A great store with ample free parking selling an excellent range of clothing & footwear in all sizes for ladies, men & children, a large foodhall selling a wide range of food & drink as well as a quality cafe serving up delicious cakes, sandwiches & hot drinks.

We Came to this M & S a few times. It was Great. Could do with a refit. BUT it was lush. The Cafe was Pleasant and Lively :-)
