Masala Bay in Isle of Wight

Visited Ventnor for a week and had 2 takeaways from here the food is that good. Fresh, so tasty and very high quality food. Probably one of the best Indian takeaways I have ever used. Disappointed I can't have one delivered to Derby and will miss this place!

Beautiful fluffy Naan breads. Chicken falls apart, so tender, beautiful spices and overa just excellent quality & delivery, so much better than other takeaways locally. Sticking with this takeaway for sure! Perfect!! 👌👌👌

Tasty King Prawn Puree, generous portion and very reasonable price. Had Chefs Special for mains was tasty sufficient for 2 people.

The best Indian restaurant at Ventnor Bay area. Taste was really good, spice level was good. Staff were nice and good service. Ambience was good. The place is really crowded so make sure to book in advance. Highly recommended 😊

Terribly rude staff - They need to learn a bit about hospitality if they want to run this restaurant. We tried to make a booking and they were demanding that each person needs to order a certain amount of food. Were giving some terrible reasons for why it’s necessary.

Probably the best Indian restaurant on the Isle of Wight! Always well prepared and tasty. I've eaten a variety of dishes from the menu and haven't had a bad one yet, in 3 or 4 years of using them.

Very popular restaurant with a warm greeting met at the door. A wonderful menu with tastes for everyone. Treated how a customer should be . Had a wonderful meal and certainly would have no issues returning. Amazing.

Tasty food and portion is good. On our visit one member of the staff was not very pleasant to serve us. He started giving the impression that restaurant was busy even though we were the first people when we turned up. Other members of the staff were very helpful though. Masala Bay's competitor is Red Chilli. It is interesting they mentioned in the menu, "if you like anything from Red Chilli and missing in ours we would be happy to provide that for you". I wondered whether they would match the competitor's customer service!

TNTs (Tiny noticeable things). The restaurant left me with a Christmas Card before I left, this is an example of great customer service! Thank you. Food was great too.
