Mcdonald's Restaurants in Isle of Wight

Disappointed our order was all wrong. Only 3 chicken nuggets instead of 4 in the happy meal, a missing cheeseburger happy meal replaced by nuggets instead and no bacon in big tasty. Very disappointed children. Not really good enough.

They have gotten 2 of the last 10 or so orders right.. ontop of this the milkshakes are occasionally wildly too strong and the big tasty was dry.

Well all I can say is do not order a bigmac. They have reduced the size by at least a 1/4 if not more.. just get a burger and cheese burger. Half the price .

This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to, the staff were really friendly and even thanked me for visiting, I have never had that in any other McDonald's!

Food was nice and hot. Staff were very polite. Place was clean

It's a bit hit and miss. Sometimes everything is fine with your order and other times not. I suppose it depends who's working and how busy they are. Our last visit it wasn't busy and we were told to wait for our order in the car park as it wasn't ready. We waited about 15mins and a lady brought it out and it was cold. I think it must have been left on the side for a while before being brought out.

Usual mcdonalds experience,the good is usually done and presented well,occasionally we have had food cold. It's also just such a pain to come in and out of that area,it can be a real danger and you have to be so careful. Something should be done about it.Staff are quite friendly to customers,I have seen managers shouting and getting very worked up with their staff which was quite off putting.

We stopped off for a quick breakfast after taking the dog for a walk. Ive got to say the drive through and parking area is a bit confusing! But the ordering/service was quick and easy.

The big tasty had one bit of bacon it taken it back just fir them to put a another bit in the coke was flat and they never gave me my salsa looks nothing like the pictures that they show up my son could make something better then that

Can't beat a McDonald's breakfast, best thing on the menu. Although busy food served very efficiently. Also like to thank the staff member, didn't get her name but working August bank holiday Monday for her assistance with our sons dietary requirements. Never had a bad experience here.
