DO NOT USE THEM! When ordered I was told a hours delivery, i called when it got to 1 hour 15 minutes… I was told it was on its way and the manager would call me back… Shock he didn’t, called back again and it still wasn’t cooked that was nearly 2 hours later… The man on the phone was laughing down the phone at me, to be honest if you can’t trust them with the timescale I wouldn’t trust them with food!

Had a really good take away from here, we had a few people round so had quite a large order but they deliverd quickly, the food was hot, it was all there and they sent us a free egg fryed rice and a free bag of prawn crackers.

2 friends of ours recommended this. Although our first delivery was misunderstood and made us phone them to have our orders delivered after waiting for more than an hour (because we ordered directly upon visiting the store, but since we were carrying a lot of bags, we had to ask for our orders to be delivered), I'd still give it 5 stars because of the taste and quantity of food they bring us everytime. The late order happened just one time and never happened again.

It has been an hour since we ordered online, when we called to follow up the order, the staff told us it will be an hour and a half for it to be delivered. Staff was not very helpful as well. She only told us that it could be 1.5 hours or "i don't know". Seems like she doesn't know what she's doing. Very inefficient.

If I could I wouldnt even give it one star!When I went to collect the cook used his ladel to turn on a switch and carried on cooking with it!When sitting down to eat it the satay chicken smelt really bad and made me feel sick, the sweet and sour sauce was just liquid, the curry sauce was awful and all the other dishes were too. I will never be eating here again and to be honest was the worst Chinese meal I have ever eaten 🤢🤮

Had two takeaway meals from here this year, both on Saturdays evenings. Both have taken nearly 2 hours to turn up and when they do the food is cold. Something not quite right with this place

Don't recommend the crispy lamb,had to bin the meal. Had other meals in the past which were fine.

Excellent meal from there last night. Piping hot crispy spring rolls & the Singapore noodles were lovely. Also had Szechuan Chicken also very good. Will return

Only have positive things to say. Extremely flavourful Chinese food and lots of options. Will definitely come back when I return to the island.

I always order from here and have always rated it as the best chinese on the island. Well tonight has massively changed this and in fact I will now discourage people from ordering because of the risks it poses. I spent £17 as a treat. One of the items I got was a curry sauce. Now I dont know about you but when I get a sauce I pour it all over the food. When i got my 'Curry sauce ' i thought it looked a bit different and a bit lumpy but i didnt think much of it as it's always such good food. So after i poured it all over my food and started to eat and realised it was in fact the peanut sauce. Now this is extremely dangerous for my family as although my daughter is not extremely allergic to peanuts. I would never eat peanuts in the house or order something that has more than trace amounts. Luckily for her she is asleep but this means we simply can not eat the food as it is too much of a risk. I phoned up hoping to get a replacement order, I understand mistakes happened as I've worked in the industry. I actually got the owners son on the phone but he didnt really seem to understand what I was saying so I got passed to a driver who was lovely. I explained the situation and she was very sympathetic and understood why I wanted a new order as the last we weren't able to eat it. However the owners son would not send a new order but instead with refund the sauce and the egg fried rice... the two cheapest items. This is disgusting as we literally can not eat the food. I've already had to bleach the kitchen, changed the throws on the sofa, change our clothes and we have had to thoroughly brush teeth as everything reeks of peanuts. I am disgusted about there lack of regard to customers. As stated above I have always ordered from them and there lack of empathy or even sympathy is disgusting.i will never order again.
