Pizza Hut in Isle of Wight

Service wasn't great nor was the pizza. Prices are high for the quality of food. The result of a franchise having to pay fees to a large corporate entity which adds little to no value to the customer, only to the shareholders.

Whilst in the restaurant we were advised to use the app to order. However, listening to people who were using it and the mistakes that were appearing I decided to order with a person. This was however not without problems and although we got our pizza's and sides they took a long time to come and there were mistakes on the order.I felt very sorry for the staff as the restaurant was exceptionally busy due to the Spiderman movie just being released on that day.A couple more staff wouldn't have gone amiss. It appears that this happens when movie's are first released.

Not very clean. Tables and seats sticky and showing food and drink marks. Benches were difficult to get into as clothes stuck to plastic upholstery. Slow service just over two hours from ordering to finishing.

Friendly staff, enjoyable restaurant atmosphere, good product availability and affordable prices. I visited this Pizza Hut Restaurant recently to take advantage of the **now daily** buffet option. Previously this was only available Monday-Friday until 3pm but now is available 7 days a week until 3pm! Very impressed, nevertheless I went on Thursday and was very happy with my visit. The food was hot and fresh and was cooked frequently leaving plenty of choices at the buffet table. Pasta and salad was available and drinks station was good. The toilets and restaurant were clean and the restaurant staff were happy to help. I would recommend this Pizza Hut location to friends and family and will surely return. Thank you.

Ridiculous ordering system, I tip out of courtesy but also on how well my service is. I refuse to tip before I have recieved any service.Half the menu missing, staff clearly overworked but did their best with the very little they were given.Sadly this restaurant has always been shambles but tonight was a new level.Do the issues lie at management level or further up?

Nipped in to get something to eat before going to the cinema and they were really good and quick so we did not miss our film.

Staff were not as helpful and friendly as per the usual, table left uncleared for at least 20-30 minutes after mains, had to ask for them to clear the table after stacking it all up for them. Then had to remind them we had ordered desserts after a further 20 minutes. Forgot two of the kids sides which we also had to ask for. Normally get a great service in here but was a little disappointed to say the least.

5 stars for nostalgia, but I wouldn't do it again.The buffet experience was something my parents used to take me and my brother to as a treat. For ages I thought that the buffet no longer existed, but found out that they still do it and booked right away.The experience was as remembered - load up on salad and pasta, and forget to get your moneys worth of pizza.The self serve soda machine was broken - and I assume the ice machine was too as our drinks didn't have ice.Im glad to have been able to experienced it one last time, but not sure whether its the way forward with Covid still lurking.

Twice recently we've collected pizza's from our local newport restaurant, the service was excellent and the pizzas were just perfect!Gluten free 'square' pizzas were rather nice too!With meerkat discount price turned out great value!

Food was good and service quick too, although it wasn't busy so that may effect speed at busier times. Chicken pizza was great
