Rhylstone Gardens Tea Room in Isle of Wight

Absolutely horrendous attitude of the staff. My family and I came to this cafe expecting lovely food as it was our first time in the Isle of Wight. However we ended up receiving the worst attitude and looks from the staff in this establishment, many whispers and mutterances as we entered the cafe ( FYI we are of Indian ethnicity) we were given very strange and odd looks and made to feel as though we were not welcome. Sat there for over 15 mins and no one came to serve us. Ended up leaving because we didn't want to give our money to such a place.

Had to wait 50 minutes for a coffee and chocolate and cake. hot chocolate was cold and coffee was just warm and they re heated my chocolate

My experience at Leals Tea Garden was awful.The staff were rude,inexperienced and it was very clear they didnt want to be there.Food was overpriced and we were generally not happy with the service we recieved

Great service, great tea and extremely good scones in a beautiful garden In a village with plenty of choice they really make a difference! On to go back to!

Second visit this year food and service amazing take note Briddlesford café clean crockey, real jam wonderful scones and cream no cardboard and better value in a wonderful setting
