I am only giving 2 stars as the staff were nice. Food was well below average. We had a children's cheese sandwich, fruit pot, a cheese toasty, tuna panini, x2 small chips and x2 cokes which came to 16.00 which i didn't think was great value as they were small.Tuna panini was terrible. Wish it stated on the front tuna, cheese and red onion as I wouldn't of picked it. As I have an onion intolerance. Just says tuna and cheese. My wife picked a children's meal deal but was charged full price. I didn't notice until later.Cheese toasty was tiny.Won't be going again unfortunately

The cafe staff are lovely, great people! The food is nice and so is the drink.. The reason for 1 star is to hopefully catch a managers attention to sort the low staff levels out! Dirty tables and massive and long queues.. Feel bad for the few staff they have. Already seen 5 people leave the queue, and this is a quiet day.Downhill turn sainsburys.

We go here for the vegetarian breakfast. It's so good. Have a short wait for the food to be cooked but definitely worth it.

I came here today, with a family member. Firstly, we noticed the lack of staff. There was only 3 staff members, who were struggling. It took 20 minutes to be served and another 25 minutes to receive two bowls of cheesy chips. Our table was left in an appalling situation, absolutely filthy. The table, when we arrived, had been cleared, however was not clean. This shows that it was obviously left filthy. Whilst waiting for our lunch, we decided to get the forks. To my surprise, I bet you can guess what I'm going to say,... the were NO FORKS **utter outrage** . So, we asked "where are the forks?" We got the response "they're in the wash..." Ok, fair enough... About 5 minutes later, the mystical, magical, squeaking clean forks arrived. Oh how wrong we were, even the *washed* forks were gross. Eventually, I got to eat my chips. Yum. Yum indeed. Yes the chips were nice, BUT (and here's a big but.) we discovered drips of bean juice (oh so scrumptious) in our chips. The thing is, we DID NOT ORDER BEANS. We didn't find any beans, but only the red, tomatoey liquid they wallow in. That gave us suspicions, had our chips been scraped off of a plate ( or should I say 'BEAN scraped off of a plate' get it? Anyhow, as much as I joke, this is not acceptable. Also, we then ordered drinks, two Pepsi max *fizz* shockingly, the drinks machines were out of this bubbly nectar, in fact they were out of every self service drink, except, 7up zero and normal Pepsi. As we can tell by reading this, I am very angry. Yes, I have joked a bit. But now I'm going to be serious. This is not Ok. Far from it. It's unhygienic, under staffed and disorganised. It does need to be sorted.

Yet another 30 minute wait for a simple breakfast. That's in addition to nearly 10 minutes just to order. One person serving and making drinks. Just not acceptable.

Good food which reasonably priced. Sometimes a little bit of a wait for food to come out.
