Friendliest people and always serve the nicest food 10/10

Unfortunately this isn't a food review. Disappointed with their service despite the food being good. They took online order at 50% off but when I went to collect an hour later, they just acknowledged me and started preparing it. Which took another hour. One staff member was apologetic and offered some free wings for being late which I appreciated. However, another staff intervened and was angry with the nice guy for giving us free food. He then said we won't get anything as we already got 50% off like we robbed them or something. And that we can accept our food or get lost. I was left dumbfounded by his hostility. Had zero manners and refused to apologise, blaming their online ordering systems fault for being late. There was no point arguing with him so we took the food and left. It was good chicken and cheap but boy was he rude.

Wow what can I say this was a top class service from a guy with a small ginger goatee which I forgot to get his name.He prepared the food fresh for us,kept us updated throughout on how long it will take .He even let us know what he was putting in the bags just incase he forgot something or we had forgotten to order something.

Absolutely fantastic food it was freshly cooked far superior to any KFC in the last 20 years highly recommended

First time we've been here after a few holidays on the Isle of Wight, ordered 2 box meals, good portion size, chips cooked to order, tasted good and decent value.

The Chicken is Delicious ..... The fillet burgers always have nice fresh buns and the salad is sweet and crispy. Love the chips and the Katsu menu is amazing 10/10. Great service and food every time.

Standard chicken and chips shop. But customer service is amazing. Struggled to find a halal restaurant suitable for the whole family and had limited choice on the I.O.W so decided to order a few family buckets instead. As we ordered so much they decided to make the whole order fresh for us.
