Great food and great hosts nice snug place typical country pub went second time for farther day the food not great this time tough meat frozen veg not fresh and spuds not quite done

Went there on Sunday for the first time and was not disappointed, staff are very friendly the food was absolutely amazing, definitely going back, would highly recommend to anyone.AWESOME

Food we had was good but the choice very poor, first 3 items wanted were no longer available.

Very good overall. Hadnt been before and was very surprised. Ate at 2pm but portions great size, good prices and in our opinion hidden gem.

A proper old fashioned boozer. Not trying to be anything other than it is - a small village pub with no airs or graces. Lovely staff, a good setting and a decent menu.

Great food, beer and service. In a lovely country pub. I am so happy that it is open again as it would be a real shame to the community to lose it. One of my favourite pubs on the island. Great walks start from here too.

Great food excellent service make everyone feel at home. The staff go out of their way to help. We recommend it as one of the best pubs on the island

Understated and a hidden gem on the outside, on the inside this is a top pub. It is extremely welcoming and very well located for walking the IoW coastal path. Dog friendly and excellent real ale too! Highly recommended, and there's even a jukebox!

Recently Reopened !!We visited this pub today to find a new fresh and clean look.It still retains it's Country Pub feel.Food was Good and Coffee outside afterwards was very pleasant.Defiantly going to go back

What I call a proper pub, small and cosy, they had the fire on in both rooms. Food was beautiful, I had the rack of lamb roast and I think it was the best roast I've had out in years!! Not over priced food and the staff and happy and friendly. Will definitely be going back soon.
