Sunbo in Isle of Wight

Absolutely awful phoned up and ordered to be told there was a 2 hour wait for it to be delivered or an hour if we collect which was fine so we waited an hour and went to collect. Get there and not a Single member off staff can find our order and none of them knew what was going on not very apologetic at all. So I re read my order to them to see if they can find it the man wrote it down and then tells me to pop back down in an hour and 45 minutes and it’ll be ready. Would of been nice to offer to deliver it for free?? As we’ve already left the house and come down get it and you lost the order.seems like they are cramming way to many orders in and they can’t handle it won’t return

Expensive we ordered a mixed dish it was nice but there was way to much green pepper

I'm a customer of Sunbo since year 2010 and I was never disappointed by their quality of service or food. Short waiting for your order on weekdays and reasonable on weekends. Friendly atmosphere and honest business owners. Recommend.

Not really for us. Not only a one hour wait (busy yes, but unprepared more likely), and food was not a good standard. Chicken rubbery and meat in our vegetable dish 🤷‍♂️ Pineapple fritters we’re good, but out of a tin and into batter (can’t go wrong!)

Worst Chinese takeaway ever had. We ordered 5dishes and none of them were good. Too salty or tastless. Waited 2 hours.

Food was fantastic! Generous portions too, everything was utterly filled to the brim. Would definitely recommend

We're on holiday here and have had two takeaway deliveries. Both were delicious. Portions are large. Item 1e Chicken Skewers in Satay Sauce @ £7.20 is my definite favourite. It's listed under starters but is well big enough for 2 people and the second time we got one each as a main with rice. The people on the phone seemed anxious about our holiday location in Brambles Chine but the delivery man seemed to find us quickly both times.

We’re on holiday in the area. This place was fantastic in all areas.The food was hot, we collected at a set time (20 mins) and it was all ready. Very clean in the takeaway with hand sanitiser.The girl on the phone was professional and calculated the price.The quality and portion size of the food was awesome.Well done Sunbo and keep up the good work.

Ordered by phone as is required currently, service was fine. When collecting, received order on time with exactly what we ordered. Ordered chicken chow mein, prawn crackers and crispy duck and everything tasted very nice. Very mixed reviews on here, but honestly seems like your standard Chinese. Would go here again.
