Hotel pet friendly and location is good. The hotel is dilapidated, dark, run down and tatty. No evening food available and no reasonably priced food within a reasonable distance. Chalets are obviously 60+ years old. Small ineffective fridge and a kettle provided. Water dangerously hot. Still using 60 year old electrics. Security minimal. Cleanliness generally superficial. Parts of hotel and rear full of junk.

We stayed for a weekend in one of the chalets to the rear of the hotel. Incredibly pet friendly place, everything is set up for your best friend to stay. Finn the black lab is the host with the most, a real character. Breakfast was nice, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. One disappointment was that the kitchen was closed (hotel informed us before, and gave local alternatives). But the big thing here is that the 4 Seasons has one of the most stunning views along Loch Earn. A great experience in a lovely place. If you want to escape the rat race and just chill out in nature for a while, this is it. Great.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at the four seasons hotel. Firstly the hotel is set in a stunning location, and we were delighted to be upgraded to a room which looked out over the loch. Unfortunately the chef had recently left, and Sue the owner, has been unable to replace him. This meant that we could only have a continental breakfast, in our room, and that no evening meals were available. We had to drive 15mins one evening to find somewhere to eat and this was disappointing, although we managed to eat locally the other twp evenings. Overall Sue was very helpful, and we enjoyed our evenings in the bar with the other guests. Hopefully, the issue with staffing will be resolved and this will help to make the Four Seasons a great place to stay.

Two girls at front of house were excellent and friendly. Only one chef which clearly wasn’t enough. Very very too quiet restaurant frightened to talk. Food average at best and please don’t charge London prices unless your are going to deliver London quality. Decor tired but this could have been excellent. Even the bill was handwritten. Some things best left in the past (but so should your prices unless you up the game). Cold and unfriendly saved by the front of house two. If not for front of house this would have been a one or no star.

Charming venue, great spot in a beautiful, loch-side position. Staff friendly and hospitable, excellent food and a lovely viewpoint to have a beer and watch the sun set over Loch Earn.

Just back from overnight stay in Hillside Chalet which was cosy and snug. Ate dinner in hotel, food was good and freshly cooked. Upgraded to full breakfast which was also good. Sue and staff all very friendly and helpful.

Atmosphere, felt like a retirement home.Room stayed in was cold, external doors had gaps, internal doors wouldn't shut. For the money I spent, wasted, I was expecting a lot more. Even left a day early because of the shear disappointing experience. Also the food was plane and boaring, the chef needs to know what seasoning is.

The staff and oner were so nice took time to talk and listen to their customers. Sue was very nice. Its hard times for the hospitality industry. The staff really cared about the hotel and service.

Such an amazing little place of paradise. Right in front of a gorgeous lake and minutes away from very nice hiking trails. But first and foremost what strikes you when you enter the hotel is the warmest and kindest atmosphere laid out by the owner. She have been our guide for our entire stay, happily providing the best trails to do and going above and beyond by even booking for us the nicest local restaurants for each dinners. A 5 stars services really. Will come back… thank you so much for these three day weekend.

An absolute gem! We stayed for a long weekend (our first trip away from London) to enjoy some of Scotland’s beautiful nature and were not disappointed. The hotel location is superb (right by the loch) and the staff are incredibly helpful, making sure we had dinner reservations for the entirety of our stay and recommending various treks. Our little rescue Beagle absolutely loved the hotel as well, which offered blankets for her to sleep on in the bar after a long day of walking. We will hopefully be returning soon and can’t recommend it enough! Thanks for taking such good care of us and for having us !! :)
