The Hut in Isle of Wight

Absolutely gorgeous restaurant was amazing food. Staff are brilliant and really look after you. Views are like being in Ibiza. You can rock up in the bay and they pick you up at the boat drop you off when you are done. They’re incredibly busy so book well in advance.

Lovely place to visit and while it is expensive it has a very exclusive feel to it with beautiful sunset views and delicious food. Recommended for a special occasion where you fancy a bit more of an upmarket experience although the mood in the actual restaurant is very laid back and friendly. Only taking off 1 star due to the prices being slightly higher than I feel they should be.

We love The Hut and the team, the location and views are breathtaking, the vibe is perfect and the team are all wonderful. Every dish we’ve tried has been spot on with balance of flavour and the surf n turf is an absolute must! This will forever be one of our favourite restaurants in the world! If you’ve ever been to Agni in Corfu…very similar vibes. The place to be!

Probably one of my favourite dining and hospitality experiences - went for a beautiful meal and celebration and got so much more. The staff are happy and helpful, the food is exquisite and the vibe really is wonderful in there. Can’t wait to come back again, thanks for having us!

They were fully booked but they accommodated us as a walk in. I'm not a fan of seafood (my partner loves it) but this place changed my mind. Amazing food, great views, excellent cocktails and great service. What's not to love? Book in advance, you may not get as lucky as us.

We have been The Hut 2 days in row. We tried fish tacos,gambas,crab straws,steak,lobster and cod. Food was really delicious. I can definetely recommend lobster. Ive paid £60 for it but it definetely worth. Also fish tacos is worth to try. Coctails and wine was really good too. Amazing atmosphere and really good service. There are lots of staff around so they look after you really well! Thank you for your hospitality and giving us a good experince. 100% recommended👍👍

The hut is a brilliant restaurant right on the water's edge overlooking the solent and Hurst castle in the distance. Perfect spot for a sunny evening meal.The food is excellent, it tastes amazing and the presentation is very good as well. They have a good selection of dishes, serving a variety of fish options.The drinks menu has a wide range of choices to suit everyone's preferences.It is on the more expensive end of Isle of Wight restaurants but it's definitely worth a visit. If you plan to visit, it is worth booking online in advance, as they are very popular and get booked up quickly.

The experience I had from this restaurant was exquisite. It has a view in front of the sea, friendly staff and amazing food.My gnocchi were creamy and the capers crunchy combined with the lobster bisque and the fresh crab making the perfect bite.Hubby had the lobster. It was so fresh that you could taste the different flavours from each part. Even the fries were perfectly crunchy.

This was amazing.The location, the decor, the staff and the food were out of this world. The little touches go such a long way. We celebrated our birthdays with a complimentary glass of bubbles and were looked after throughout. The menu is vast and has something for everyone. The dishes are delicious and not over complicated. The lobster was huge!Very impressed and will be visiting again.

The location is absolutely unbeatable - gorgeous sunset view and floor-to-ceiling windows allowing everyone to enjoy it. And the food was INCREDIBLE. What's more, they're totally dog-friendly (despite our Lab being a little worked up!) Thank you to all the staff, we will definitely be back!
