Amazing tea's and scones within a stunning outlook. Beautifully decorated and wonderfully helpful staff.

Every time we have come here the service and food has been amazing. But only do they do cream teas, but they do crumpets and muffins, alcohol, coffees, sandwiches, cakes and much more. The memory garden is quite amazing if you want to leave a message to a loved one since department. Always service with a smile and I do distinctly love the old thatch tea blend. Only slight grumble is the rice pudding we had. For the price, you would expect it to be home made. But it looked and tasted like Ambrosia rice pudding. £5 for a £1 tin.

Recommend this place for a proper cream tea in a quaint thatched cottage in the centre of Shanklin. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Delicious Victorian tea, I added prosecco with mine. Choose one type of sandwich then you get a plain scone with jam and cream along with a slice of delicious Victoria sponge. Food was great, they have two highchairs. One toilet for everyone to use, only downside is no changing facilities. The cutest fairy garden, with lots of things hanging in the trees.

Extremely quiet and surreal teashop in Shanklin. The servers are very lovely and receptive to allergens which we had.The area is a fantastic fantasy paradise if you're into fairies! The food is cooked fresh and the scones and cream are made in house and because of this, it's extremely fluffy and smooth!Would recommend 5/5 if you're in Shanklin for a cup of tea

Charming old place, with cute, tiny but gorgeous rooms and garden, very friendly stuff and best afternoon tea I ever had. Thanks for marvellous time

Stopped here today for a cream tea. It was packed but the kind lady fitted us in , but we were unable to sit outside as it was full. Curiosity got the better of me so I went for a scout in the garden. The garden had mature plants all around with tables and chairs strategically placed to give you some privacy. At the end of the garden was fairy garden which was well adorned with Fairies of all shapes and sizes. The tearoom is located in the old part of the town and surrounded with thatched roofed cottages. The cream tea was excellent and the host was very friendly. I would visit again

What a cute and magical little tea room. I absolutely love the ambiance inside. It’s so beautiful! The staff was so lovely with us and the service was excellent. My Fiancé went for a cream tea and I went for a milkshake with a Victoria Sponge Cake. I personally wasn’t a big fan of the drink but the cake was very good. We had a great time there!

Visited during a busy period but the staff managed to keep an eye on tables and upgraded us to a garden table (even though we hadn't requested it) which I thought was fantastically thoughtful customer service. The inside of the place has colour themed rooms and a lot to look at. It is also one of the first old village buildings to have been built. The cream tea was great and the garden fairies display was a welcome surprise especially for the child.

What a place, as if taken from a fairytale. It’s so dreamy with attentive and friendly staff, and delicius food. First time on the Isle of Wight( Shanklin), and first place to eat at. It didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend. Hope I have the time to visit again for their cakes and sweets.
