I stayed here the night before a running event, it was perfect for a good night sleep. Comfy bed, great modern bathroom, lots of plugs, usb and good WiFi. Lots of parking. Easy to find. Nice looking building. I will stay here next time I attend the event 🙂

A great place to stay, very quiet village, large well appointed and highly finished rooms. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and Ruth (the Landlady) was one of the best - even managed to find a friend to take us to Yarmouth when the taxi let us down. Would definitely stay again and recommend

Delicious food, lovely roast dinner. Lady on the bar was really polite and friendly but being bank holiday could probably have done with a few more hands. Really lovely place .

Had a gorgeous lunch in the sunshine today with the husband. Super impressed with the staff, they were clearly very busy but managed to find a space for us even though we hadn't booked (will do next time). We had plant based tacos and a chicken burger which were delicious. Will be back!

Lovely sunny lunchtime sat outside in a well presented beer garden, unfortunately after that whole experience disappointing.Informed we could only have food of the garden menu which was very limited, food arrived not as described on the menu. Although this was rectified when approached lady in charge was very defensive and we were made to feel like it was our fault.Wouldn’t recommend if your going for food.

excellent service,excellent food lovely roast beef dinner with all the trimmings followed by Eaton mess lush. phil enjoyed his homemade lasagne followed by biscoff cheesecake delicious.

Stayed in while spending a long weekend biking in the isle of wight. The village is so cute ! Room was nice but heater was not working .. still they gave us an electric one as soon as we asked. Would have appreciated a deeper cleaning but have to say the staff is currently on shortage of cleaning lady. We stayed for dinner and breakfast: food was really nice and generous portions. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff!! Overall a pleasant stay ;)
