The cafe is great. Service in the cafe is great. I love the model train. I can't knock anything in the cafe. The rooms.... We booked a quad room (because it had an "en suite"). We were downgraded to a cheaper twin with a shared bathroom because there was only two of us. Not the end of the world, if still a bit off putting. Please look at the attached photos. The state of the place is shocking. I'm not sure if this is the local norm and I don't care. It felt fraudulently rough. I accidentally booked a by the hour brothel in Vietnam on holiday that was nicer than this B&B.There is no justification for this in the UK. Sorry. If this is what the isle has to offer, then the isle has to suffer and it needs to end.

Room over Café minutes from seafront. Would suit boat crew off vessel. Comfortable room, TV, microwave, fridge, private barthoom. Fantastic breakfast laid on downstairs.

Cake so bad was ill for 3 days. Not surprised it's closing. If they are relocating they could use their cake for bricks.

Very uncomfortable noice night.beds awful.no care taken to provide a comfortable stay absolutely nothing in the bathroom..smashed up biscuits in the tea and coffee basket.very shabby indeed.and we are not fussy people! Mattresses dirty not even a bed side lamp.overpriced by about 100 pounds I'd say.
