Tommo's Cafe in Isle of Wight

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. They even went to the extra effort of decorating a plate especially for our 4th anniversary. I cannot recommend this place enough great food, great people and a lively atmosphere with the open kitchen.

Loved it, delicious food and great service. Fine dining at its best and really looking forward to next time. We had the lobster canaloni, the lamb and the sea bream. Fish was moist and lamb was cooked to perfection. Drinks were great and we had the chance to sit by the kitchen. Definitely coming back :)

Absolutely BRILLIANT restaurant with outstanding food.Our Host, Robert Thompson was a delight and the staff and level of service second to none.We had the set menu which was outstanding value for money.Cannot commend this restaurant too highly

A great experience! I had the taste menu and the dishes were all lovely. The ray wing and parsley polenta was excellent coming a close second to the lamb "hotpot"! Adrian and Jo were super at looking after me and Robert Thompson had a long chat before the meal. The chefs bring the dishes out and explain them which is a great touch. You can also ask any questions! Will be visiting again!

Thought I should give this place a try because it was recommended online with very high rating.I wouldn’t say it’s bad but neither is it that good.Having the cutlery underneath the table is a nice little twist.Nothing really Standes out taste wise that’s why only 3 stars from me.Presentation of food however is good and appealing and service fast and friendly.Prices are fair especially seasonal set menu is recommended.

for a Michelin star restaurant the food wasn't all that. we got a 8 course tasting menu and some of the courses just came just a scoop(?) of cream or something in a pot. not sure what we were expecting but it wasn't this. won't be coming back again

The food and service was brilliant. You pay for what you get as it's definitely not cheap. It was lovely for our special occasion and a great find whilst on holiday.

Went for the chef's demonstration today (a delayed Christmas present), followed by 3 course lunch. Congratulations to chef Robert Thompson for an informative, accessible and entertaining demo with lots of great tips - plus congrats to him and the team for the first class service and delicious food!

A really lovely meal to celebrate my husband's birthday! Delicious food, friendly staff and a perfect evening! Couldn't have been better - thank you!

Absolutely amazing food. Service staff were polite and professional, nice environment and a memorable experience (highly recommend the tasting menu).
