Ventnor Winter Gardens in Isle of Wight

Breakfast (particularly my bacon and mushroom baguette) was really good, the coffee was excellent, as was the view over the bay, the staff were friendly and efficient. It wasn't cheap (not a rip-off, just more than the cafe we usually use in Ventnor) so probably best for evening dinner and drinks.

Old large art deco style place ( all white) with great views in a prominent position...only stopped for soft drinks & a coffee

I had creamy garlic mushrooms with baguette. Everything was fresh and very tasty

We enjoyed a half of lager outside in the sunshine. Beautiful views and scenery. We were blessed with good weather. Will go back .

Great old venue. Doing a conference. Great Staff. Views and great side bar. Even got a parking place...rare as hens teeth in the Isle of White. Really good nearby cafes and restaurants. Made it wonderful even on a blowy day in winter.

We stopped off for a drink around Christmas time. It was pretty much the only place that was open. It wasn't bad but I imagine it would be a lot better in summer. Great views out to sea.

Stopped off for a nice cup of coffee served with a smile and friendly chat. Nice views across the sea and surrounding gardens and a great example of art deco architecture, if sadly looking like it needs a little TLC. We didn't have anything to eat so can't comment on that side of things but we certainly enjoy our time here.

Great spot great staff and brilliant food and beautiful views

This place has awesome views from the windows and outside space of Ventnor Bay!! We both had a Burger and chips which was very nice and filling while looking at the view! This is a real ale pub with local real ale! It was quiet when we were there but got busier as we left! Recommend it and the staff, who are helpful and friendly!!

Attended The Winter Gardens for a wedding reception today. This venue has a great location looking out to sea. To outside terraces and one roof terrace. Fantastic for parties. The food was great, and catered for Vegans as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definately come here again and hear they do a lovely Sunday Roast.
