Engaging in animal cruelty, they are keeping live lobster and a crab in a tank far too small for them, to the extent the poor creatures are standing on one another. An abysmal showing from a business that claims to be conscious of the environment.

Reasonable gamepie, but the salmon pastie was laughable no more than a teaspoon of filling. 😂.

Great vegan Coronation Sub - the best my wife as ever had, 10/10. Good friendly efficient server too. Only slight negative is pasty just labelled 'Chicken and Leek' contained a lot of cheese. Otherwise it was great.

The deli has increased their prices, its crazy £4 pounds for a small cake. Before Christmas between £2.50 and £3.00, a rip off, doubt we'll buy very, often whereas before we went 4 or 5 times a week.

A really nice, friendly and quality experience. Such lovely produce and a smashing luxury hot chocolate! I recommend this place!

Bad customer service. Poor selection. Rude staff. Staff not wearing gloves or face mask handling food. Touching the cash register, card machine and then handling hot food and cold premade food with hands.

Went to the Deli on Saturday to buy some of their scotch eggs which were for my wifes special birthday celebration today. I paid for them and was told they would be ready for me to collect today which is her birthday. They said they would call me when they were in and took my mobile number. I called in to pick them up this morning to be told they havent got them and they maybe in tomorrow!! It was explained that it was for a party today but it didnt seem to bother them. I said someone should have called me and was told the person who sorted the order was not in. This is totally rubbish service with zero communication and concern. If I could give zero stars I would. So much for trying to support local businesses.

This deli is truly outstanding. My wife and I have both enjoyed produce bought there. Goats cheese tarts and scotch eggs were particularly outstanding. I thoroughly recommend this place for both: great products and experience being there.

Dreadful service- girl serving behind counter completely ignored us and expected us to wait until she had finished her extremely long chat with another lady. Gave up and walked out. Judging by similar bad reviews about this female member of staff she needs to be fired. It’s a waste of money to pay her wages when causing sales to plummet

I was recommended this place by someone that I told that my family had moved to the Isle of Wight while in Sri Lanka. It’s a great little deli. The owner was very helpful and my sister in law bought many different cheeses that we enjoyed. I will now make this part of my yearly visits back to the Isle of Wight.Hopefully next time there will be flapjacks!RegardsMichael
