Costa Coffee in Lewes

i ordered a vegan toastie (tho not being vegan) and an iced latte , freddie asked if i wanted a different type of milk and asked if i wanted my toastie done separately to my partners meat one. an older man greeted us and made sure everyone was happy

Went here with my mum last Thursday and the service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and they obviously knew many of the customers. It had a real community feel which is unusual for a costa. Staff shared jokes with customers and went out of their way.

when I visited this costa there was an older tall gentleman on the till who was rather rude to the person with brightly coloured hair. This is not the first time I have seen him be rude to his colleagues.On another note the cappuccino was great and the skinny guy on the shop floor was great.

A little busy but the Moca was worth the wait. Bathroom was clean. staff were very busy but still give you a smile

Filthy tables and generally looks dirty and tatty inside. Please clean your tables - it's important especially in this Covid era. On a positive note the man serving was very pleasant and helpful.

Amazing service from a tall man and a lady with short blonde hair. I dropped my coffee 5 minutes after getting it and they kindly made me another one with no charge! I'm sorry I didn't get the names of these lovely people. Also everyone needs to try the delicious vegan cookie I got recommended from the nice man. Costa coffee was great as per.

We popped in and the people working was so super helpful and friendly. Costa is Costa and the food and drinks are consistent. Plus vegan cakes are growing. But special mention to the staff. The staff are superb

Great location in the high street of Lewes, nice friendly staff. Its nice to sit outside and sip your coffee with the high street view. Though chairs and table are very limited. Love to comeback there again. 😀

Friendly staff. Nice flat white. Quick service. Gave my daughter a free chocolate Flake. The staff are really helpful, very refreshing. I made a mistake with payment and they sorted it out with no fuss. Chardonnay was especially helpful.
