Ollivers Restaurant in Lewes

Superb food, every dish was really tasty. Wonderful service from the team, especially Steve who was very helpful in giving advice on the local area. We had 3 courses and were absolutely stuffed at the end! Brilliant evening, thankyou.

Olivers restaurant is five stars+. The food served here is simply stunning. The care and high standards of all the staff makes a meal become an experience. The food is an absolute delight. The waiting staff are a joy. The descriptions of the food are wonderful and the tasting of it is not a disappointment. This restaurant is the one to visit for the perfect dining experience.

Steve, our host, Juliette the chef are an excellent team. A warm and hearty greeting by Steve to set the mood. Nothing is too much trouble. Steve is everywhere and knows what his customers want, sometimes before they do. Juliette gives the best meal everytime and must be one of the best on the South Coast. We have been a few times over the years, if we can book, when we visit. Each time is an enjoyable, pleasant and relaxing experience. We'll done to Steve and Juliette and thank you again.

Excellent all round experience and great value for money.

This week I had the pleasure of dining at Ollivers and we had a very lovely time. The food was outstanding and the service was fantastic. Fast and friendly. There were six of us and we all got to try a bit of everything. One of our party could not eat gluten and they took the time to go through all of the different ways in which they could cater for her, so she didn't miss out on any of the many courses and bits in between. Of which, we could not fault one single dish. Highly recommended and I look forward to being able to return in the not too distant future.

Celebrated our 40th anniversary with close friends last night and, as ever perfect service matched with great delicious food. Steve, Juliet and the team were as always at the top of their game. All of this for a very reasonable price, so glad you were back open in time for us to celebrate with you.Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, thanks for everything.

Great food and great service. My first visit and looking forward to returning to and trying some other amazing dishes. I had pigeon for starter ( best pigeon starter I've ever had). My duck break for main was delicious and my friends chicken dish was mmmm also. Dessert was brandy snap.
