Great place for either a coffee or breakfast/lunch .Great coffee, excellent good and fabulous atmosphere and a great host in Darryl.

Amazing subs and best place to grab lunch. Fresh, tasty and good prices. Lovely coffee too ☕. Owner a super friendly lad that will put a smile on your face. Highly recommend and will be back regularly.

Fantastic choice of subs and the hardest thing is figuring out what to have personal choice is the Road Kill... chips, burger, chicken and bacon all in a sub roll what's not to like. Keep up the good work I can't wait to come in for a full on breakfast.Update..... still fantastic food and great banter with Darryl cooking all by himself with a fool shop of customers but no reduction of quality... keep it up

Stopped for a sub after reading the reviews.Absolutely fabulous philly steak sub , melt in your mouth steak and cheese , superb service, nice banter .Definitely the best sandwich and sub place on the south coast.He also does a mean breakfast and is always up for a bit of banter .Great food, great service and great value for money.

Love Sub Station.. It's our very own Seaford community café.. The place to go for fab food and coffee and conversation... Either with friends or on your own. Always great people to chat to... And lots of laughs and smiles with Daryl the owner. 😊.Update July 2020.... Sub Station is now open again with Social Distancing and additions to the menu.... So good to be back having coffee with Daryl and family and friends... A new look inside but still a friendly and welcoming atmosphere with plenty of food and drinks and ice cream to brighten up our days after months of Lockdown! 😎🌞☕🍦🍔🍳🥓Update November 2020...we are in Lockdown 2 and Daryl has kept Sub Station open for takeaways.. Lovely spot. Food fresh and delicious. After hiking the 7 sisters, I convinced the owner to make me a chicken burger with blue cheese, mayo, salad and jalapeno. It wasn't on the menu but was delicious. Suggest calling it the Irish Rover. Owner and service was great.

Daryl is an excellent host, simple good subs & burgers, served with tea, coffee & lots of humour😀😎
