The Hope Inn in Lewes

Friendly staff and lovely setting. Food and drinks are good. Outdoor picnic benches are a bit wobbly and low to the ground and sadly not very comfortable. But they are fine for a quick drink.

Excellent dishes. Very friendly staff. Beautiful historical information about the restaraunt and very interesting items inside, well worth capturing a few photos. My wife and I were passing through awaiting our ferry and enjoyed sitting outside.

Great little pub located at the side of Newhaven arm. Great views from the outside seating area. Drinks are a good price and the staff are very warm and welcoming

A friendly popular pub very near Newhaven Harbour Arm (West of the river). A great place for campervans on a budget - they are permitted overnight down by the arm for a small fee where there is also a seafood shack and decent coffee van. Very windy on windy days, but can be sunny when the sun is out.

Lovely seating area outside, watching the boats and world go by. Fab food and great prices. Friendly staff too.
