Cosy beamed pub in 1400s cottage serving ales and British food, with sturdy wood tables and garden.

The Juggs pub OOZES character from every floorboard and roof beam. I loved everything from the tiny doorways to the ancient parlour games people were playing. The beers on offer are decent - I had cold Guinness which hit the spot. The food was also really good and quickly prepared. I had sausage and mash which tasted really elevated from the run of the mill pub classic. The garden is really nice, with cobbled paving and wooden banquettes. It felt like the view might have been slightly better if the garden was on the other side of the building but I guess there must be a reason for the configuration.Prices are on the high side, but this pub is well worth visiting on the odd occasion.

Great little pub, really busy but had a lovely seat in the sun! Good food & great pudding! Can't remember our servers name but it was a man, with tattoos and a cap on and he was great & really chatty! Would definitely be returning

Had Sunday Lunch at the Juggs today, the staff were very helpful friendly and welcoming. The roast beef was a delight, my wife had the roast pork belly, they were both nicely cookedand the veg was just right.I would recommend the cauliflower cheese as a side, one portion is plenty for two people. We will definitely be returning soon.Thank you The Juggs five star plus.

Lovely, cozy, warm pub with high quality food, lots of history, and above all, one of the friendliest staffs of pubs I have visited! A good collection of beers on tap as well as bottled. Although the inside can be full and congested sometimes, there is ample space outside, including heated space. There is ample parking space too.

This remains a pub that gets the essentials right! Brilliant in Winter and summerGood local ales - a must for any good review- and an impressive menu with good veggie options. Mostly it gets the atmosphere thing right! Situated on a beautiful mini village, the fireside is one of the best in Sussex. Harvey’s every time. With ale being squeezed everywhere good it’s hanging on and thriving here! Enjoy!

Fantastic quaint country pub with delicious food and excellent local ales on tap. Worth a visit if you're in the area, with some great countryside walking near by too! Outdoor dining areas are undercover and heated as well!
