A lovely place and an equally lovely afternoon tea. Friendly and welcoming service with a smile. A little gem for Newick and a great find for us!

Very helpful friendly staff, large menu selection, very fresh bread and sandwich fillings. They made a cortado coffee for me despite the fact that it wasn't originally on the hot drink menu.

Limited outdoor area for eating al fresco but spacious inside with good use of mezzanine floor above dining area. Not much gluten free options available so I had a plain scone which was tasteless and not very filling for lunch. I used my own snack bar to fill up but there is g/f cake available. A friend who is vegan had the quiche which came with salad and crisps and found it very satisfactory.

A real gem, great coffee and even better cakes at fair prices. Happened onto it by chance on the way back from the playground, would definitely recommend! Has indoor and outdoor seating and you can park on any of the surrounding roads

This is a charming coffee stop with lots off yummy things to eat and interesting cards an gifts on display. The staff are lovely, really warm and welcoming. Generous portions of cake made from quality ingredients at reasonable prices. Well worthy of a 5 star review!

A place I never knew was there before but what a great find! Fabulous freshly made real coffee and a selection of cakes not to tell your doctor about! There's also a part of the shop selling small gifts and I challenge you not to leave with something. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff including a in-house chef. Excellent and already looking forward to another visit.

This is definitely not a fast food cafe. Clean, choice of sofa or chairs. There was a bit of a wait for our orders to be taken and a wait for the food but it was very nicely cooked and the scrambled eggs were excellent. Prices were as you'd expect for a upmarket cafe. That said the eat out to help out meant it wasn't too bad. Obviously attracts the local well to do crowd, as well as lots of cyclists.
